Um zu reservieren, rufen Sie 608-374-3150 an. Dieses neuere Haus aus Zedernholz liegt nur 30 Fuß vom Ufer entfernt. Es verfügt über einen Kamin, einen ganzjährig geöffneten Whirlpool und eine zentrale Luft. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Breitbild-Flachbildfernseher (Satellit), ein DVD- / Videorecorder, eine Stereoanlage / CD-Player, ein großes Seedeck mit Möbeln, ein Weber-Holzkohlegrill, ein eigenes Dock mit Ruderboot und Tretboot sowie eine Feuerstelle . Neben dem Hauptdeck gibt es ein Deck direkt am Wasser. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Neben dem großen großen Raum gibt es einen großen Familienraum mit einem weiteren Fernseher. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Sie und Ihre Kinder werden sich über unser Wassertrampolin im frühlingsgespeisten Angel- / Badesee freuen.

Enjoyed our stay at "The Haven" cabin. Grandkids enjoyed paddle boat and row boat on the lake. Did not swim in the lake as it seems more suitable to a fishing lake, rather than swimming.

Great place to stay

The house and outside property where clean. Everything worked the way it should. It was a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The lake was great, the beaches were clean, the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend and I have a feeling we will be back!

Quiet Rustic Cabin

The cabin was exactly what we were looking for, for a quiet out of town weekend. Located close enough to Tomah for groceries and essentials but far enough in the country for a quiet stay. The cabin is nice but definitely rustic. Fairly clean minus a few small things but for five guys in their mid 20s it was more than clean enough. The basement can be a bit chilly at night, even with the door closed at the top of the stairs, and there are a few screws on the deck that could be used to be driven in a bit deeper but that is just being nit picky. No wifi was a bit disappointing but understandable after reading the posted information in the kitchen. All things considered it’s a great property for a weekend escape out to the country. I would definitely rent again.

Lovely Retreat!

We are a five woman pool team, and this house gives us plenty of room to spread out, relax, play games, and we love th hot tub location in this cabin as opposed to the others. Any noise does not affect the others that may be sleeping. Two TV's is a plus and plenty of linens. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful cabin!

A great family vacation spot

We loved our stay here! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house was great for our family vacation. We really enjoyed the boats provided and hanging out on the deck and in the living room. Great property, flawed check in

Very beautiful property, good amenities and nice location. However, when we arrived another group was already in out property and the owner was unreachable for the evening. They had mistakenly gone to the wrong cabin and not realized due to the lack of a check-in process. We had to ask them to leave and clean up the mess they left behind. Additionally, both pullout couches had mouse/rat dropping in them. The owner responded the following day, just said they would leave the other group a bad review. Otherwise beautiful property.

Family Getaway

This was the perfect spot for us. We stayed for the week just hanging out with family. Nice guiet grounds. Plenty of space. The younger kids really loved the water trampoline. Spacious home with stellar views!

A little difficult to find, but managed :) Spacious, the spiral staircase was a surprise. The views are amazing and the hot tub a nice touch. It wasn’t as clean as I’d expected for the price and clean fee. ( especially the inner shower lining.) Some of the plumbing needs attention too. Over all it was well supplied and safe. We never bothered to lock the doors!

Girl's Getaway

This was a get away for high school friends of over 45 years. Despite a major snow storm, we managed to get to the cabin safely. The walk was shoveled for us. Hot tub was fired up. The decor was very homey. We didn't do much exploring outside because of the snow but would love to go back in the summer. The host could not have been easier to work with. We only wish the storm didn't cut our weekend short. There is always next time!

Enjoyed our stay at the Haven

We truly enjoyed our week staying at this relaxing home! It was so nice to simply arrive and unload as the contactless checkin is handled in advance. This home has the best, well designed stereo and speaker system - controls for 3 areas - greatroom, outdoors and the hot tub room. (CD.s, cassettes, radio tuner, AV inputs). The volleyball, badminton, gazebo common area is very nice with all equipment available. Enjoyed the rowboat and peddleboat. The rolling farmland in this part of Wisconsin is beautiful. We recommend taking a day trip to canoe the Kickapoo River or visit Wildcat Mountain State Park. Thanks Terry!

My wife, Sally and I (Terry) came here from the Chicago area and built Birch lake from the ground up.

Coming from Chicago, we were very aware of the hassles of urban living and the need to occasionally get away from it all. We felt that many urbanites would not be satisfied with your average 'cabin in the woods', but instead would appreciate comfort and luxury.

We knew our location was perfect, halfway between Chicago and Minneapolis/St. Paul via interstate 90/94 all the way, 3 1/2 hours from each. The property is beautiful, wooded with a spring fed fishing/swimming lake which we named 'Birch Lake' because the lake is surrounded with white birch and pines. We then started building after giving much thought to what our guests would want, need and appreciate. One of the most outstanding features is peace, quiet and natural beauty.
