End unit with great views and privacy.
Clean, updated 2-br/2-bth that sleeps 4-6. Contemporary furnishings and decor throughout. Just steps away from the pool.
An open floor plan provides a spacious feel while each bedroom provides privacy for each guest. The primary bedroom has a queen bed & adjoining bathroom, second bedroom a queen bed & adjacent bathroom. The sofa in the living room area is a queen sleeper with a memory foam mattress. All beds have new mattresses, new linens and pillows.
Kitchen is fully stocked and has new appliances.
The balcony is lit and is the perfect place for morning coffee or to relax with cocktails at night.
This rental includes free high speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated work space, free parking and a washer and dryer in the unit.
House Rules
The property will be inspected prior to your arrival and after you check out. By staying, you are agreeing to the following terms. Any deviation of these rules may result in termination of the reservation:
❖ NO PETS please! Pets are prohibited.
❖ NO SMOKING or VAPING please! Smoking is prohibited inside the condo.
❖ NO PARTIES! If notification is made or evidence of a party is found, you will be asked to leave immediately and will forfeit the rest of your stay. Any damage will result in charges incurred for any damages above and beyond the rental price paid.
❖ NO ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS that were not included in the original reservation or disclosed prior to arrival. Extra guests that were not originally accounted for create liability issues and may be asked to leave. Extra guests above 6 (up to 8) will be subject to extra nightly charges.
❖ Please notify owner if there are any damages and/or maintenance issues that require attention. Please do not attempt to make any repairs and/or changes to the condo.
❖ Please keep property and all furniture, fixtures, and misc. items in the same state and condition as found at the beginning of the rental. Please do not move or re-arrange any of the furniture.
❖ Please, no beach chairs, toys, etc. inside the condo. Please store them outside the front door on the landing.
❖ Upon returning from the beach, please be sure to wash off any sand that accompanied you back to the condo before entering, including any beach items. There is a hose located at the pool entrance across from the condo.
❖ Please DO NOT set the thermostat BELOW 70 degrees. Setting the temperature below 70 degrees could result in freezing up the air conditioning unit. If this occurs, a fee will be charged for a service call, if needed, and for repair charges, if necessary.
❖ Please follow all instructions about check-in/check-out (see below). Failure to check-out at the designated time may result in an extra fee of $50 per hour.
❖ Excessive dirtiness will result in an additional cleaning fee.
❖ The pool is located across the road fr. Please follow the posted rules.
Check-In/Out
❖ Check-in time is 4:00 PM or later.
❖ Check-out time is 10:00 AM or earlier.
❖ Please abide by these times as adequate time is needed to clean for the next guests.
Parking
❖ There are ample parking spaces available and you may park in any available spots.
When You Arrive
❖ There is a keypad to enter the condo. Entry code sent 1 hour prior to check in.
❖ There is a Ring doorbell camera outside front door that records once it detects motion and is monitored. There are no other cameras in or around the condo.
❖ Bath towels, blankets and pillows can be found in both the master and guest baths and in bedrooms.
❖ The blankets and sheets for the queen-size pullout sofa are stored in the drawers of the living room coffee table, the pillows are in the guest room closet..
❖ washer and dryer are located in the laundry closet in the hallway.
❖ There is no daily housekeeping service. UPON CHECKOUT, PLEASE REMOVE ALL USED LINENS FROM BEDS AND PLACE THEM, ALONG WITH USED TOWELS, INTO THE WASHING MACHINE (do not start).
❖ Cleaning products are under the kitchen sink. A vacuum, broom are located in the pantry for any cleaning needs during
Trash/Recycling
❖ Please dispose of all trash upon checking out. Leave bagged trash inside near front door.
❖ Please be respectful of the property, residents and other guests.
❖ Please remove all your remaining food/drink items from refrigerator and kitchen cabinets/counters. Do not leave any food behind.
❖ Please leave the 2 TV remotes on the coffee table. Missing remotes will be charged a fee to replace.
❖ Return the pool fob to the drawer it’s kept in. Lost/missing fob will be charged a fee to replace.
❖ Upon check out, please be sure to turn off lights and ceiling fans, make sure patio door is completely shut and lock front door by pressing lock icon on keypad.
