this stay reminded me of a time when vacation rentals used to be clean and neat with thoughtful touches like extra blankets and a few extras of things you might have forgotten (toothpaste, coffee and tea); in other words, it was exactly that and i really appreciated it.

Second Time Stay here and still Wonderful!

This is one of my favorite locations to stay at with a great location to all of Durham. The attention to detail with this property makes it so comfortable. It is an older charming property, quiet and bed rooms are spacious. Easily accessible and close to East Campus, Ninth St. and more. Thank you Emily and team!

Absolutely perfect!

Lovely home for my stay in Durham to visit family. Quiet, cozy and comfortable with charming front porch. Close to Duke's East Campus and Ninth St. Had everything we needed and more.

Renter of 1302 Broad

Great location. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable home. TV was an issue but was solved after 24 hours. Bathroom tiny and would be difficult with multiple people using. All in all we had a nice stay.

Excellent property. The house was nice, very clean, and well maintained. The host provided all the necessary information before arriving and check-in was smooth. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.One issue we had was that the Wi-Fi was variable depending on which room you were in. It was very strong in rooms near the router but got weaker as you moved further away. This was a working visit for me and I had planned on using the office during the day. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was essentially non-existent in the office, so I went elsewhere to work. Not a big deal but a little disappointing.Other than the Wi-Fi issue, this was an excellent property and I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great, pet-friendly property. Right across from NCSSM, great for walking your dog. Felt very safe at all hours. Very quiet (people mentioned the train whistle but it was way in the distance and barely noticeable; same with the street traffic.) Apartment had such old fashioned charm; high ceilings, old (covered up) fireplace in one bedroom. The only issue was with people in the upstairs apartment, could hear every footstep and lots of creaking, but they were only there one night. Owner thought of everything: soap, shampoos, body wash, tea, coffee, etc. would definitely stay again.
