This unique luxury mountain cabin has three individual suites joined by a large shared deck, covered patio, hot tub and outdoor fireplace, all situated to enjoy the stunning mountain views! Professionally decorated by a small-space designer, each suite blends style and comfort. 30 minutes north of Asheville, 15 mins to downtown Burnsville, and 25 mins to the NEW boutique ski resort, Hatley Point. You’ll make unforgettable memories at this one of a kind getaway experience!

The space
*MUST BE 25+ YRS OLD TO BOOK!
*Not suited for young children or those with mobility issues.

LAYOUT:
This property is 3 noncontiguous suites only joined by shared outdoor space. (Reference photos with identification of each suite). Whole property is rented together. We do not rent each unit separately.

SUITE ONE:
The main suite includes a small living room, kitchen, and separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed. *Please note, there is no door on the bathroom in this bedroom.*

SUITE TWO:
The guest suite situated next to the main suite along the upper deck has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

SUITE THREE:
Follow the deck stairs down to the lower patio and third suite. This suite includes a larger living room with a full size sleeper sofa and full size murphy bed. The whole gang can hang out here when outdoors isn't as inviting. Enjoy streaming your favorite movies, playing fooseball or a game of cards at the game table. This table also serves as a great space for remote work.

UPPER DECK:
The upper deck is attached to the two upper suites and includes comfortable outdoor furniture to either dine al fresco, cozy up by the outdoor fireplace, or catch some rays in a lounger.

LOWER PATIO:
You'll find the hot tub on the lower patio, situated next to a covered patio with another seating area.
Enjoy mountain views and star gazing from the hot tub!

LOCATION:
This unique property is nestled in the mountain tops of Western NC, just 15 mins from downtown Burnsville, 30 mins to Asheville, and 20 mins to Mars Hill. 25 mins to the new boutique ski mountain resort, Hatley Point!

ACCESS:
AWD or 4WD is best for accessing this home; although it is considered an easy drive for those experienced with mountain driving.

Guest access
All spaces are rented together; guests have access to the entire home.

Other things to note
This space is not ideal for those with mobility issues or small children. You must climb stairs to access the lower suite and hot tub.
