Perfect for small groups or families, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests with a king bed and full bed, all featuring premium bedding and pillow options. Enjoy a spacious bathroom with a tub, shower, and luxurious PAYA products, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for home-cooked meals. Stay comfortable with window air conditioning units, portable heaters, and fans for personalized climate control. Relax with a 46-inch Roku TV, take a dip in the building’s sparkling outdoor pool, and enjoy convenient amenities like an on-site laundry room, dedicated management support, and an on-site representative for a seamless Hollywood stay.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Getting around is a breeze from this centrally located apartment. A private parking spot in the building’s garage makes driving simple and stress-free. Prefer public transportation? The Hollywood/Highland Metro station is just a short walk away, connecting you to Downtown LA, Universal Studios, and beyond. Rideshare services are abundant in the area, ensuring quick and convenient access to your destinations. Whether you’re exploring on foot or venturing further afield, this location puts you in the heart of it all.

SUPPLIES:

Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc.) not included.



APPLICATION AND FEES:

**All guests are required to complete an application, which includes a credit and background check. The application fee is $39.99. Additionally, guests must complete an identity verification process.

**A $1,250 security deposit will be added to all booking reservations. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, less any deductions for damages. It must be paid directly to the host upon booking confirmation and will be returned within 21 days after move-out. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

**All guests must sign a lease agreement directly with the host and agree to all terms and conditions outlined therein.

**Pets are welcome in our units! A refundable $500 pet deposit will be required, along with a pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.

**A one-time cleaning fee of $299 will be added to the first month's rent. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

**Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit. This includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential cleaning and grooming supplies.



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

**Move in after 4 pm.

**Move out by 11 am.

**Early check in/ late check out are each $75 subject to availability.

**This space is non-smoking.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
