Our house has an open floor concept, with a fully stocked kitchen. We're located 20-30 mins from some of the best resorts in Utah!

1. About our home

This vacation home has three spacious bedrooms and can comfortably house up to 8 people. It also has a laptop-friendly workspace equipped with Wi-Fi, so if you are a remote worker traveling with your family, you can have a work area to yourself for maximum productivity and still have fun with your family. This newly designed home has top-of-the-line amenities and is located in a quiet environment. You can spend your evenings grilling barbecue on the new grill or reminiscing on good times on the outdoor patio. It is also a great home base for skiing Snow Basin with a lovely open-plan living layout to relax in after a long day of skiing.

2. The Living Room

The living room has a cozy couch, a big screen TV with complimentary Netflix, Paramount Plus, Peacock TV, and a well-lit dining area for fine dining. The TV is set up nicely, rotates from living room to dining room and is easy to operate. You can sit with a family or business colleagues to watch your favorite movie, curled up on a couch.

3. The Kitchen

The kitchen is fully-equipped with ultra-modern facilities and appliances including refrigerator, a microwave, a rice maker, an electric stove, a dishwasher, and more. The kitchen will also supply your daily dose of caffeine with the coffee maker, teapot, and complimentary coffee and tea you'll find in the cabinet as well as breakfast oats, oatmeal and pancake mix to fix yourself a quick and healthy breakfast. Other basic cooking and dining utensils and seasonings will also be available. So we advise you to check in before going to the supermarket to avoid buying things that have already been provided.

4. The Bedrooms

There's nothing as nice as staying in a large enough house to accommodate everyone and individual enough to cater to your needs. This tastefully designed home comes with three bedrooms all equipped with smart TVs.

● Bedroom 2 has one king-size bed
● Bedroom 3 has one queen seize bed
● Bedroom 4 is in the living room and has one queen size bed sleeper couch.

The beds are amazingly comfortable and well laid with quality linen, comforters, and pillows.

5. The Bathrooms

This home comes with two spacious shower/tub combinations. These bathrooms have towels, soaps, shampoos, and other necessities.
There are also washing and drying units that you could use for your laundry, near the garage entrance.

Cleanliness is a top priority for us. So, after each visit, we wash and disinfect all linens, utensils, curtains, and accessories in the building and loom out for and fix any maintenance requirements.

Guest access
There is a keyless entry to the home. A code will be provided to you after you book with us. You have full and total access to our home during your stay, including covered parking for two cars. Enjoy!

Other things to note
⏺EXTENDED STAY:
We truly appreciate extended stays of 30 days or longer. If you choose to stay with us for an extended period, it would be our pleasure to accommodate you and offer special discounts tailored for those bookings.

⏺SMOKING/VAPING:
We want to emphasize that our smoke and vape-free policy is strictly enforced. Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited and any violations will result in a per incident fine of $500. This fine is applied on a per occurrence basis. In addition, any remediation costs shall be billed in full.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our policy and the well-being of our property and neighbors. Smoking or vaping inside the home not only poses health risks but also affects the overall comfort and cleanliness of the space for future guests.

Failure to comply with the smoke and vape-free policy may be grounds for termination of the stay without a refund. We take this matter seriously to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests.

If you need to smoke, we kindly request that you do so outside at least 6 feet away from any doors. This prevents any possible smoke to drift into the home.

Please note that smoking inside of the garage is also strictly prohibited!

⏺DAMAGES AND LOST REVENUE:
Please be aware that you are responsible for any damages caused to the furniture or any other part of our home during your stay. This includes any lost revenue resulting from repairs to our home due to damages caused by you, your group, or Invited guests.

We understand that damages may happen or occur during your stay. Our cleaning team is awesome at taking before and after pictures after every guest. As such we document the condition of our home before your arrival to ensure the home is up to our standards prior to your arrival. If you find anything during your visit that seems out of place or was damaged upon your arrival. Please do bring it to our attention as promptly as possible and we will make sure to notate the damages as pre-existing.

⏺ PARTY POLICY:
We strictly enforce our NO PARTY rule. If you are looking to host any type of large "event" or "gathering" please do not even request to book. A violation of this type will be penalized with a $500 fine and immediate termination of the stay!

⏺ LOST AND FOUND:
We are not responsible for any lost items or belongings left behind. Please ensure that you take all your personal items with you when you check out. In the event that you leave something behind and we are able to assist in returning it to you, please note that our cleaners charge for their time and for postage. These costs will be passed on to you.
