Extremely nice condo on the water with good size rooms and beautiful lake views. Unit as described in the listing. Only issue was the 500k liability requirement to the homeowner association that I didn’t find out about until after I booked the property. Not sure if I missed that in the listing or not. I had to increase the liability on my house insurance to cover that requirement resulting in extra cost. Overall the property worked well for my family and met our needs.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property location and facility is great. The unit was not very clean. pulled one of the blankets out of the cabinet and it had what looked like dried up puke on it. Also there was a lot of mold on the deck, and in the showers. Overall, this was a good property, it could stand a deep clean.
