Nestled in the desirable Maple Leaf neighborhood, our 1930s-era home offers a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern convenience. Whether you're in town for an event, a family getaway, or a business trip, this inviting 850 sq. ft. space provides a comfortable and stylish home base.
The Space
Step inside to find a warm and welcoming living area designed for relaxation. Enjoy the best of both worlds with classic charm and contemporary amenities. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze—whether you're savoring your morning coffee or whipping up a delicious dinner. Enjoy your meals in the cozy dining area for two, or grab a TV tray and catch a movie or game from the comfort of the living room.

Master Bedroom – Queen-sized bed with premium linens, conveniently located near the main floor bathroom.
Second Bedroom – Queen-sized sleigh bed on the top floor, complete with a TV and workstation for remote work or streaming.
Outdoor Space
Step out onto the deck off the kitchen—a peaceful spot to sip a glass of wine in the evening. The patio area features seating and a barbecue grill, perfect for casual outdoor dining.
