Had everything we needed. Communication was very quick. Great location - very close to the boat launch. From the house we watched deer, loon, duck, eagles, rabbit etc but the best part was the views of the lake from every room. The screened in porch alone should convince you to book. The 10 of us ate every meal out there completely bug free.

Perfect place to stay if you want a cabin with some amazing facilities. Only hassle are the bugs/insects but can’t blame the host considering the location

Great accommodations for large group to relax and spread out after a long day on the boat fishing. Plenty of room for cooking and eating without getting in each other way. Very close to other resorts for food if you don't want to cook yourself. If you have a boat with you plenty of resorts nearby to get gas and bait for fishing.

We had a great stay here with our extended family! The cabin was perfect for our group of 16 with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The huge kitchen and outdoor screened patio was especially nice for cooking and eating together, and having two separate family rooms gave both the kids and adults lots of space to relax. The location and scenery are beautiful, and there’s plenty to do in the area. The fishing wasn’t very good during our stay, but the hiking and cliff jumping were excellent and ended up being some of the highlights of the trip. We also highly recommend making the trip to the Vince Shute Wildlife Sanctuary to see the bears—it was a really unique experience and well worth the drive.Overall, this is a great place for a large family gathering, especially if you’re looking for lots of space, beautiful surroundings, and outdoor activities. We would definitely recommend it!

The Kitchen was hard to cook in because the beautiful views of the lake were so distracting!! Just kidding , it was large and filled with everything you might need , bowls ,silverware, utensils , blender ,pots , pans and more. 2 fridges and a nice sized freezer. The laundry room was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were at home. The property was magnificent. Cozy with great views . ThanQ

Parents 50th wedding anniversary week

Jay is a great communicator and quick to reply. The cabin is beautiful, real log home on the water. The fishing is great, location is quiet and relaxing, views are stunning from the screened porch or dock. There is more than enough dock slip space to bring your boats (we had 3 docked), wildlife is easily seen to include eagles, otters, beavers, deer), the cabin has more than enough space for a large group (we had 15), huge kitchen, bunk house with bunk beds, loft, futon etc, plenty of towels and bedding, kitchen is well equipped, there is a cute gift/coffee shop walkable from the cabin that has good latte’s and snacks. Beds are comfortable (noticed they are Tempur-pedic) as well. We had an amazing time, Thanks Jay for the stay.

We found this to be a great place to stay for our family retreat. There was enough space, activities and it was located in a great location! We spent most of our time on the screened in porch, which offered various areas for games and relaxation without the bugs!
