Welcome to this charming family-owned waterfront home in West Bath. This tranquil retreat offers a meticulously maintained waterfront cottage with sweeping westerly views and a private deepwater dock.

Enjoy stunning sunsets each evening in the Adirondack chairs, on the private dock, on the balcony, or while inside the climate-controlled (AC & heat) cottage with panoramic views. Guests have access to two kayaks to launch from the dock and explore the waters and many islands nearby. There is also a fire pit and gas grill for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The cottage has just been completely refurnished. Each of the bedrooms offers welcoming sleeping quarters for you and your loved ones. The upstairs bedroom (the main bedroom of the home) includes a king bed, full bathroom, smart TV, and a desk workspace for those who want to catch up on remote work or school-related tasks. The second bedroom includes a cozy sofa bed (queen) and smart TV. The main level includes a kitchen, full bathroom, washer/dryer, and living room with sweeping westerly views of the water.

The well-equipped kitchen comes prepared for your culinary creations and also offers the perfect spot to store any leftovers. Dine as a family at the wooden dining table, outside on the patio furniture, or on the water view balcony.

West Bath is a perfect location for a Maine vacation, with plenty of destinations a short distance away, including:

This cottage is perfect for a family of 4, but there is an additional third bed (sofa bed-queen- in the living room) to accommodate up to 6 guests total.
