Welcome to Sun Village 3, a bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront townhouse that sleeps up to 10 guests. Step right off your porch and onto the sand — this home is designed for effortless beach days and family gatherings by the ocean.



The main level features an open-concept living area with comfortable seating, ocean views, and direct deck access. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer — everything you need for an easy, extended stay.



The flexible third bedroom features an accordion wall with separate entrances, making it a perfect kids’ room or private guest space. Enjoy cable and Smart TVs for streaming, free Wi-Fi, and central A/C throughout the home.



Outside, take in the views from your multiple oceanfront decks or step directly onto the beach for sunrise walks and surfside relaxation.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



Ocean City has a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those set by the Department of the Environment (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations are grounds for eviction under Maryland law.



Each property has its own set of house rules. Please review these carefully before booking, as completing your reservation confirms your agreement to follow them. Failure to comply may result in fines or removal without refund.
