This newly renovated Pocono spa retreat is designed for families, friends, and small groups who want a private place to relax, celebrate, and enjoy year-round activities near Camelback and Kalahari.

Enjoy private amenities at the home, including a hot tub, sauna, game room, fire pit, and outdoor space. Guests may also access Emerald Lakes shared community amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools and lakes, subject to HOA season, hours, rules, capacity, and pass availability.

Guest access
-You’ll have private access to the entire home, including the hot tub, sauna, deck, fire pit, playground, driveway parking, and outdoor areas.

Self-check-in is available by keypad. The access code is sent before arrival.

Emerald Lakes community amenities, including shared indoor/outdoor pools, lakes, and seasonal facilities, may be available during your stay. These amenities are not private, are not located at the house, and are controlled by the HOA. Access may vary by season, hours, capacity, community rules, and pass availability.

Other things to note
-Good to Know Before Booking:

Maximum occupancy: Up to 10 guests. The home is most comfortable for up to 8 adults.
Primary renter: Must be 25 or older.
Pets: Up to 2 small dogs allowed, under 20 lbs each. Pet fee applies, and pets must be declared before booking.

Guest count must be accurate at booking. Any changes must be approved before check-in and may require an additional guest charge. Unauthorized guests are not allowed and may result in additional fees or cancellation.

-Smoking: No smoking inside the home.
-Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all times, with no exceptions.

-Outdoor Security Cameras:

For safety and property protection, the home has two outdoor cameras only:

-Front entryway
-Backyard area facing the hot tub cover / exterior area

No indoor cameras. No cameras in bathrooms, bedrooms, or private interior spaces. No audio monitoring.

-Hot Tub Care & Sanitization:
The hot tub is professionally maintained, sanitized between stays, and regularly tested and balanced for safe use. To help maintain water quality, guests must shower before use and avoid lotions, soaps, oils, or glass near the hot tub.

-HOA Registration Required:

Emerald Lakes requires a short rental registration form before arrival. It is sent automatically 2 days before check-in and must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival for smooth community access.

Guests must follow all Emerald Lakes community rules, including quiet hours, maximum occupancy, no parties, no unregistered guests, and respectful use of shared amenities.

Shared community amenities, including pools, lakes, beaches, and other HOA facilities, are controlled by Emerald Lakes and may depend on season, hours, weather, capacity, staffing, maintenance, and pass availability.

Fireworks are not permitted anywhere on the property or within the community. This rule is strictly enforced for guest safety, neighbor respect, and community compliance.
