Located in central, quiet, safe, and one of the most coveted neighborhoods in La Jolla, your family will be close to everything - world-famous beaches, shops, restaurants, parks, recreational facilities - all about 1 mile or less. When you're not out exploring the beautiful San Diego, you'll enjoy the privacy of a covered cabana and an expansive ocean view deck surrounding a large pool/spa.

This single-story 4-bedroom/4.5-bath house perched up top of a long driveway on the hillside of Mt. Soledad in La Jolla was recently fully renovated to maximize the panoramic ocean view and, as the name Pacific Teatro implies, you can enjoy the ever-changing theatre of the Pacific Ocean view from almost every vantage point of the property. Up to 10 adults can sleep comfortably here, with 3 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, and a few single beds/convertibles. The real attraction of the property is the large deck in the front of the house, wrapped around the pool and hot tub, as well as the pool cabana area with a full bath, kitchenette, seating/lounging area, and a wall-mounted TV. You can enjoy one of the best views La Jolla offers while seated in the pool, spa, cabana, by the firepit, or on a chaise lounge while soaking up the Southern California sun.

Inside the house boasts a large well-stocked chef's kitchen which is a natural place for people to gather, especially around the large central kitchen island. You can easily cook for or entertain a large gathering while participating in all the action. Two heater/AC units can control the temperature in the bedrooms and the living spaces separately. Lots of books and games to keep everyone entertained and each bedroom has direct access to a full bath (bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill) offering lots of peace and privacy. There's a dedicated work desk area in the alcove of the hallway, a regulation basketball hoop in the driveway, and a tranquil brick patio area in the back of the house.

There are about 25-30 steps leading up to the front door from the driveway so it may not be easily accessible for the elderly and the physically challenged. The house is located in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood and parties, large gatherings, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Local noise ordinances between 10 pm to 7 am will be observed and enforced. Those who violate these house rules may be evicted without any refund
