Inside, the home is designed for comfort and connection. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area makes it easy for groups to gather, while the private bedroom layout gives guests room to retreat. Five bedrooms include private ensuite bathrooms, and each bedroom has its own thermostat for personalized comfort.

The home also includes a wheelchair-accessible bedroom and bathroom on the main level, making it more welcoming for guests with mobility needs.

Chef’s Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is ideal for large group meals, private chef experiences, family dinners, and special occasions. Features include a butler’s pantry, oversized refrigerator, double ovens, commercial cooking set, ice maker, dishwasher, air fryer, drip coffee maker, and Keurig.

For an elevated stay, optional private chef and bartender services may be available upon request, allowing guests to enjoy a custom dining experience or professionally crafted cocktail evening right at the property.

For trail riders, the home offers direct ATV and snowmobile trail access, making it easy to enjoy four-season adventure right from the property. An ATV is also included for in-town use only and is not permitted for trail riding.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, both indoors and outdoors.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the building.

No Unauthorized Parties or Events: Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Maximum Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 20 guests.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Guest Verification: All guests must provide government-issued ID verification through the booking platform.

Local Guest Policy: Local guests are welcome; however, we may request additional information to confirm booking details.

Mid-Stay Cleaning: For longer stays, a mid-stay cleaning may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Supplies Provided: We supply essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, cleaning supplies, trash bags, sponges, dryer sheets, and bleach.
