The villa location is just a short stroll from the golden sand beach at Port St Charles and Almond Beach Resort and within walking distance of Speightstown where major supermarkets, shopping, bars, and restaurants are located. If you prefer not to walk a cheap and reliable bus service operates, or taxis and car hire are both available locally which will happily transport to the nearby Holetown or the capital Bridgetown.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned and will comfortably sleep up to 6 people, all bedrooms have en suites and modern, quiet, split air conditioning systems. The spacious Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with balcony with sea views. Upstairs is a fully open plan lounge kitchen and dining area, with a balcony with fantastic sea views, allowing the gentle trade winds to blow cool breezes throughout the spacious living areas along with spectacular evening sunsets.

Even when you are in the kitchen you still have the spectacular view of Port St Charles marina. The 30′ x 21′ living room is equipped with Cable TV, DVD Player, & a Stereo Hi-Fi with I-Pod Dock and opens onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, wine cooler, coffee maker and all the usual cooking utensils. The laundry room has an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer both of which are available for your use when required. Beyond the rear patio area is a 35′ x 16′ swimming pool, which is 8ft at its deepest, and has decking all around to provide plenty of sunbathing areas.
