Less than a mile to Oak Island’s south-facing beaches, Casa Del Mar OKI is a perfect 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 sq. ft. home with tons of amenities. Sleeping 8, this home is close to the 20th street foot bridge, Middleton Ave, and Downtown OKI.

Plenty of parking (up to 4 cars) in the front driveway. Ample space in the driveway to store all your beach gear. When you come home, rinse off and rejuvenate in the outdoor shower. Cozy up with good book and a cup of coffee on the Screened in Porch. Out back, a charcoal grill is provided to cook all your favorites. Enjoy a game of catch with the kids, or fetch with the pups in the fully privacy fenced backyard.

Inside, you’ll find a fully-equipped cook’s kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and breakfast bar with and plenty of counter and storage space. Extra cookware, silverware, and dinnerware, and glassware fill the cabinets so you are not constantly washing dishes.

The kitchen is part of open concept living and dining room where the whole family can spread out. A smart TV has local channels and is wifi-equipped, ready for your streaming service subscriptions.
