Excellent place to stay in Carlsbad. Was clean and well stocked. We had a wheelchair and the space was fairly accessible. One step up into the apartment and one doorway to a bathroom that wasn’t wide enough but we made it work and we would stay again!

This place was clean, quiet, safe and in the perfect location. It is stocked with anything you need for a weeks stay (laundry, beach towels & chairs, boogie board, BBQ, fully stocked kitchen…). Short walk to Carlsbad Village with many places for food, drinks & homemade ice cream. We happened to visit during a week that was considered a ‘heat wave’. It was very hot. This place does not have AC but there was a portable air unit and several fans along with ceiling fans that kept the heat bearable. Easy checkin and checkout and a the history was very responsive.

We visited during a heatwave. There are 2 fans provided but it was 81 at 8pm. Home is very clean and remodeled. Coffee and water was provided which was nice to not have to rush out to shop after a long travel day. VRBO had not sent the automated welcome info so once we arrived in town we had to contact host for entry instructions.

The property was very nice, well kept and conveniently located. The only thing we wish was communicated more clearly is that the twin beds in the guest room were quite small. We saw the pictures, but I guess we didn't realize how small they were until we arrived. They are great for young children but a bit small for adults. Otherwise, everything was awesome.

First trip to Southern California for me and my wife. Stayed and played in Carlsbad and the place was a perfect choice. Our place had everything we needed and even some special appointments that made the trip even better. Super grateful for the extra effort to help us stay comfortable during the heat wave. We settled in quickly. We spent a lot of time at the beach. The walk was no more than five minutes and through a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect location to walk into Carlsbad and Carlsbad Village. Great food, great bars and some good shopping. Truly appreciated the beach gear. It added to the experience and let us enjoy the beach even more than we thought. It was a great trip and we hope to return.

We loved our stay here. The property was clean and quiet. The walk to the beach was pleasant. The only thing we wish was different was the ability to cool off the inside of the condo during the heat of the day. There are fans in each room, however at times it was not enough and we were very hot while sleeping and it was hard to escape the outside heat most of the time. A small window AC unit would have helped a lot, however I know it’s common in this area for homes to not have AC. I would still come here again if returning to Carlsbad in the future. The beach items provided were in great shape and made it so convenient to enjoy at the water.

What a wonderful condo in a beautiful neighborhood and the perfect location to the beach! It was very spacious for our family of five the host was very responsive and even left extra games for the kids! The condo was clean and comfortable and had plenty of amenities including gear for the beach. The beach was so close we were able to come back and forth from it to the property as needed! And since the area was more residential it was not as crowded as it could be in more public areas. The downtown location was also very close with lots of restaurants and shops. Really this was the perfect find for our time in Carlsbad!
