We had an incredible second stay at this lovely cabin. It’s spotless and stocked with nearly everything a family could need. The only items we usually bring are a couple of baby gates, since we have little ones and there are some staircases that require supervision.The location is perfect—quiet, with a private playground that our kids love. The cabin itself is well-maintained and truly has it all: a spacious loft, laundry, basement, screened-in deck, large porch, and even a connected garage.We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway without sacrificing the comforts of home.

Great Family Stay

The cabin was clean and organized, and as described. The apple butter and bread waiting for us when we arrived was a wonderful touch! Our kids absolutely loved the play area and the set up was great for us to be able to sit and relax while they played.

We're definitely coming back!

We felt so at home in this lovely cabin. It was spotless and had all of the comforts we'd expect at home (and more). The playground was a major win for our kids, and the views make you feel tucked away in the woods. The cabin itself is gorgeous. It's close to the Amish country sites. We couldn't ask for more.

Great little get away cabin

Overall excellent except no WiFi or access to TV station. Lots of room in basement and great for a family with children. Spacious and clean!

Great family getaway

Beautiful, clean, and perfect for our little family of 5. Cabin was well stocked and was close to many local restaurants and attractions. Bread and apple butter there when we arrived was delicious! No complaints here!

Loved that this house was so welcoming and comfortable for us. It wasnt too far out but far enough to relax and enjoy the evening with family. The cabin was well stocked with amenities should we have needed them. We really loved the fire pit/grill and chairs to relax by. I ended up buying one myself locally to bring back home because we enjoyed it so much. This was our third yr to visit Holmes county, but first time to stay in this cabin vs a hotel and we will definitely be booking here again next yr, Lord willing. Everything was clean and enjoyable - thanks for sharing your property!

Beautiful cabin in an Awesome location Owners were super helpful with things to do and places to go. Was a kid friendly cabin with our toddler loving the playground while the adults enjoyed the quiet scenic porch and cabin interior. Plan to return for sure!!

Great time!

Our stay was great. The cabin, cleanliness, location, peace and quiet- everything was just great! Loved the hospitality of the hosts with the stocked home, apple butter and bread. You could literally arrive with forgetting your shampoo and toothbrush and they have that covered. We had a great time and plan to stay there again next time we visit Amish country!

Fabulous

This property was just what we were looking for when looking for a vacation rental. Our two little boys loved the play sets. We went on many “adventures” in the Jeep. The cabin itself was very clean, private, and overall relaxing. Would highly recommend for families.

Great All around

Communication was wonderful. Response time was quick. They allowed us to check in really late due to our travel issue with no issues at all. The cabin was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in by far. Not even a speck of dust. There was cold water bottles in the fridge, microwave popcorn, plenty of kitchen supplies, and the best homemade bread and apple butter on the counter to greet us. There’s a fire pit and and play area for kids. Also pristine. The basement was a garage/family room combo that my son took over for his man cave. With a huge U-shaped sectional, tv, foosball. Washer and dryer on-site was wonderful! Location was 5-10 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The only thing that would have made this the perfect place to stay was a king size bed- just because my husband and I are on the large size and used to a king. (Oh and a hair dryer because stupid me forgot to pack one lol) They have really thought of everything to make it feel like home away from home.

Adorable log cabin.

Well built and maintained authentic log cabin in a lovely setting. Pleasant front porch and back screened porch with bucolic view. Only criticisms are poor lighting in main bedroom—impossible to apply makeup there, no reading lights anywhere and no working clock in the bedroom. Plus, no tv on main level and no Wi-Fi. Otherwise, very pleasant.

Great cabin to stay at. Only thing I would say is if your bringing kids, a t.v upstairs would have been great. If they add a t.v upstairs this will always be the cabin I stay at when visiting amish country.

Great Stay!

Cabin was clean and welcoming. Fresh bread and apple butter along with the fully stocked Keurig made our stay even better! There was firewood available for the fire pit which we enjoyed. The host was very responsive. The notes left for various items as well as suggestions for eats and adventure were welcomed! Our little girl absolutely loved the play sets as well as the blocks! Will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway

The property was excellent. One of the reasons we picked it was for the play area for the kids. They had a blast. The house was VERY clean. Beds were comfortable as well. Loved the fresh bread and cookies that the owners left for us. Very welcoming and would stay there again.
