See the sunrise and sunset from your porch. Our space is ready to accommodate 2 or 4 person travelers. We are just 3 miles of the hwy and only 7 miles to downtown Prescott. We also can accommodate horses in the secure pasture behind the property. Bring your horses and stay with them. House is on two shared acres with great access and awesome views of the Mingus mountains

Very charming

We really enjoyed our stay! Speaking honest we were out and about most of our visit. When we returned home it was very relaxing and the beds were super comfy!

Overall the house was amazing. We were very happy with the beds and directions on how to get to the home. Where the rental fell short is the description of the location. The explanation states it is 7 mins from downtown Prescott. This is FALSE! It is a 7 minute drive from the main road. It is 28 minutes from downtown Prescott. Had I known that the home was this far from downtown Prescott, we would not have rented the home. There is a motion detector light on the fence however a solar light directed to the entrance of the property would be a much better option. I had requested the some information on the home prior to our arrival so that we could make arrangements and was told they would be provided 48 hours before. I contacted the owner 48 hours prior only to be told we would not get the information until the day of. This made it very difficult to make arrangements for the reason for our visit.
