1. Check-in: After 3:00 PM
2. Check-out: By 10:00 AM
3. Respect the Property: Please treat the home with care. Any damage, missing items, or excessive mess (e.g., stained linens, trash left everywhere) may result in additional fees. A $150 excessive cleaning fee may be charged, and guests are responsible for the cost of replacing any missing or damaged items.
4. Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange the furniture. This helps us keep the space clean, safe, and well-maintained for all guests.
5. Garage: Vehicles are not permitted in the garage. Please use the driveway for parking.
6. Additional guests require host approval.
7. No smoking/ vaping indoors or outdoors. Violation of this rule will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee to cover deodorizing costs.
8. No parties or events.
9. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors.
10. No illegal activities on the premises
11. Please take out the trash at night, since pick up could be early the next day. Please return the container back to the side of the house after it has been emptied.
Wednesday Night – TRASH (Black) & RECYCLING (Green)
12. Please, park in the driveway- No overnight street parking.
13. No pets. A $250 violation fine will be charged if pets are brought onto the property.
14. If the house does not match the description or is not to your liking, guest must cancel immediately. If you stay one night, no refund will be given.
