Nestled in the highly desirable Tahquitz River Estates; 1-2 miles from downtown Palm Springs AND without the wind or air traffic noise common to other areas. Located close to (0.5 to 1.2 miles away) to coffee, bagels, bakeries, crepes, restaurants, shopping, historic sites, walking paths, canyon hikes, theatre.

From the moment you enter theLUCAS house front courtyard you and your guests will enjoy tile flooring extending inside-out to relaxing covered patio seating overlooking the pool, jacuzzi and stunning Jacinto Mountains.
The living and dining room features mid-century modern seating…a comfy sectional couch, 6 seat table, a gas fire place for chilly evenings and a 55 inch TV. The living space is perfect for formal dinner parties or a casual game night with friends. Mix a pitcher of libations on the bar cart as you enjoy the gorgeous outdoors.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and black granite counters. The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who love to cook with a convection oven, built-in microwave, and refrigerator with filtered water & ice maker. Small appliances include a toaster, food processor a keurig coffee maker and multiple blenders to prepare an ice crushed morning smoothie or afternoon margarita. Colorful pool-safe glassware, plates, and platters assures you will set a beautiful table whether you're dining inside or out.

The Bedrooms

The Master Bedroom is a spacious retreat-feel room, featuring a King size adjustable bed, double sliding door access to pool and another slider access to private north patio out front and rear with gorgeous views of the San Jacinto mountains.
Master Suite also features a flat screen tv desk and a comfy couch that pulls out to bed.
The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in dual head shower room, jacuzzi tub and double vanity.
You will want to escape to this area multiple times a day as it feels as if you're totally separted from the remainder of the house!

Second/"Pool" Bedroom has a Queen size bed, also with breathtaking views of pool, jacuzzi and featuring gorgeous views of the San Jacinto mountains.
TV and sliding door access to rear pool/ jacuzzi patio.

Third Bedroom has a Queen size bed, sliding door access to private north patio out front featuring gorgeous views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

Outside is your very private oasis featuring gorgeous views of the San Jacinto mountains, anchored by deep pool and a large connected jacuzzi. Multiple seating spaces include a large shaded outdoor patio, chaise lounge sunning area, a separate patio off two bedrooms, a large island natural gas grill with griddle, and a fire pit sitting area.

SPA/hot tub heat is included at no charge.

POOL heat is NOT included.

The pool water temperature is in the low 60's during the winter months, therefore requires a lot of gas to heat the pool. If you'd like the pool heated let us know at least 24 hours prior. Pool heat is $100 the first day, $75 each additional day (2-day minimum and must be consecutive days or will be $100 each individual day).

The City of Palm Springs ID . Palm Springs requires the collection of an 11.5% transient occupancy tax.

We do not charge a security deposit, therefore any smoking violations, leaving the grill excessively dirty or property damage caused will be charged to the guest through the Vrbo resolution center.

The City of Palm Springs requires the guest making the reservation be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire booking.

The City of Palm Springs also requires the guest to sign the Vacation Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations which lists all guests, sent to you upon booking.
