House Rules: No smoking inside the home at any time. We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. Please be mindful of the neighbors and adhere to the 9 PM quiet hours as per Scottsdale’s city ordinance. No parties or loud disruptive behavior allowed.

Opt in to heat the pool for an additional $60 per night. Please inform us at least 48-72 hours prior to your arrival if you wish to have the pool heated as it may take at least a day for the pool to reach temperature.

***Pool heat Disclaimer: Please be aware that when the temperatures in the winter months in Arizona fall under the low-50's, we cannot guarantee the pool heat is able to be retained at the set temperature of 82º, especially during the cooler hours.

***Pool rules:

1. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
2. No unsupervised children under 18.
3. No running around pool area.
4. No glass in the pool area.
5. Please make sure to watch children around water at all times.
6. Please do not adjust any pool equipment during your stay as doing so can damage system. Please contact host for anything needed with pool equipment.
7. Please do not remove the pool vacuum as doing so will damage pool equipment.
