This gorgeous condo boasts freshly-renovated interiors, high-end amenities, and exquisite cabin decor.



The living room is a space of high ceilings, glossy wood paneling, and a gas fireplace with a custom stone backdrop — perfect to unwind after a long day



Watch your favorite movies on the plump leather couch and enjoy the large flat screen smart TV.



The gourmet kitchen with expansive granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, slow cooker, spices, foil, and much more for cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area and bar. The farm table is a quintessential addition to compliment the countless thoughtful touches to make it feel like a true magnificent mountain home.



Enjoy the 3 richly decorate bedrooms with each including its own Smart TV and king bed. The additional loft area with a roll down shade for privacy, includes a beautifully designed wooden post bunk bed.



When you're not relaxing indoors, head out for a day of family fun. Explore nearby hiking trails, forage through lush green parks, and frolic in the tropical sun!

Loved it and so did the kids!

The location of this property couldn’t have been better, especially if you have little ones. Walking distance to a small ski slope, sledding, and food. Corner unit with ample outdoor space for some epic snowball fights or just playing around.Inside was perfect. Warm, cozy, and clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location to Granlibakken ski/sled hill! 2 minute walking distance to skiing, even for our toddler. Everything worked in the rental. Rental had all supplies you needed for cooking, cleaning, etc. and included extra supplies (paper towels, trash bags, etc.) which was super helpful. Safe for kids with carpeted stairs. Layout of the place was also very convenient for winter with ski racks. Heating worked well. Obviously a well taken care of /lived in place! Communication with host (the management company) was hit or miss on timeliness of reply and accuracy of answer depending on who answered - gave incorrect answers occasionally so check Granlibakken resort site for amenities details. Iffy communication not super unexpected with a non-local/big management company. Overall had a great experience, and would love to stay again

great for 3-couple trips

Hard to find 3BR vacation properties with 3 adult beds. This has that, plus bunks in a loft in case some kids are coming. For young families, the sledding hill would be a hit. (But see below) As mentioned in other reviews, the only weird thing about this place is that it has a surveillance camera in the foyer. I get that an owner may want to be able to monitor who is coming and going but that can be done with a camera on the porch, outside the door. Can't help but wonder if there is other surveillance equipment elsewhere. Didn't see any, but didn't look very hard either.

Beyond disappointed

When we arrived, we immediately called the property manager to alert them that the loft with bunk beds had some animal damage and what appeared to be rodent droppings. We were told someone would come over and asked to send photos. We did so. No one came over, no one called us. I got an email response saying someone would try to come over to deal with the issue. No one did the second day. I called to ask again for someone to clean the issue so we could use those beds and to let them know the only downstairs toilet wasn’t working. I spoke to someone and then was left on hold for an absurd amount of time before hanging up. No one attempted to call back. I am beyond disappointed.

Pretty good

The environment and the room are awesome. The room are big enough to have two family to live in. I really like the decorate In the room. Also the kids really like the bunk bed. There is multiple activity can let kids play around in the neighborhood. Most of time the neighbors are very quiet. However the people that came in day time to play in the snow play area is very crowded, and some times they will goes into your property for no reason. like they will take over your parking lot and some kids just randomly run into your back yard. Once I remember is one of the kids throw a snow ball on the widow, which I was siting next to it. He did it many times. What makes me really angry and frustrated is even his parent saw it but they didn’t stop their kids.

Weekend Away in the Woods

My family and in-laws (6 adults; 2 kids) stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely time! The cabin was cozy, modern, and clean. We esp. liked how each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the bunk beds were fun for the kiddos. It was nice to be able to walk to the sledding hill. Would definitely recommend for a weekend away in the woods!

Perfect for a wide span of ages.

With kids from 2 - 18yrs. in our group (plus a grandma), the location of this property was perfect! Easy walk to sledding, the pool, spa etc. so everyone could do their own thing, while still being together for meals etc. The common space in the condo was great for the extended family to hang out. We'll definitely be back.

Winter Oasis Retreat

Place was gorgeous and cozy, perfect for our annual winter retreat. Property was steps from Granlibakken Sled Hill which was extremely convenient for the kids to come back to the place for some R&R prior to more sledding. Each three (3) of the rooms had their private bathroom and the loft had a bunk-bed for the kids. The property is perfectly spacious to accommodate two (2) families. Grateful for the opportunity to spend the long week at this wonderful property.

A star!

This townhome is so beautifully outfitted. It welcomes you in immediately. Besides the interiors being cozy & charming, the exterior views are wonderful. There are thoughtful touches like the deck being surrounded in lights at night to guide you home, tons of kitchen appliances, child protective handles on the stove & luxe linens.The beds are ultra comfy- enjoyed by all ages. This property is highly recommended!

Inside Surveillance Camera

The only reason this got 2 stars was because the property was very nice inside and the bed was very comfortable. What was very UNCOMFORTABLE was the fact that the owners have a live surveillance camera inside the house in the entryway and a sign that says they are monitoring the property. Every time we came into or left the house or I went up or down the stairs, which are located in the front entry I felt like I was being watched. Kind of creepy. They also will change the thermostat remotely if they feel you have it set to high. We came back to the house one evening and the thermostat was down to 58 degrees. I had left it at 62.(their suggested setting). I think the owners should disclose this info before you book and pay for this property. We would not of stayed there had we known our comings and goings would be monitored so closely. There is also a cleaning deposit charge which is expected, but then there is a list of things they want you to do before you leave including washing towels,(there is no washer or dryer in the unit) stripping beds, starting dishwasher. I am on vacation, thats what the cleaning deposit is for. I would not recommend this property if your privacy is important to you.

Hi John, We are sorry to hear that you did not have the experience you were looking for. Just for reference, most homes in Tahoe have security cameras at the houses in order to protect from criminals, bears, or renters who may look to break some of the rules associated with the house. The entry camera is disclosed in the description if read in its entirety and only monitors from entrance only. Also, the thermostat has an eco mode and reverts to 58 degrees when no motion detected. 62 degrees is a temperature recommendation when in cabin & will revert to eco automatically. To expedite the cleaning process we ask that the guests strip the beds so that we may know which beds were used, and to load the washer with towels. This is a common practice with other rental companies as well. If there was anything further we could have done to improve your stay, please let us know as your feedback is very important to us.

Lovely visit!

Delighted to find this well appointed property which was perfect for our group of 5. The kitchen was well stocked, including coffee filters, saran wrap and tin foil - always a nice touch. Beds were roomy and comfortable and loved having 3 bathrooms. The house is also very nicely decorated and very clean. Pool is 2 minute walk away. Great Tahoe get away!

Classic Tahoe - Comfortable and convenient

A beautiful unit situated in a classic Tahoe setting. This home featured some wonderful upgrades to make our stay both enjoyable and memorable. The roomy bedrooms have fabulously comfortable beds with superbly upgraded bathrooms. The attention to detail from tile to towels was certainly evident in each bathroom and throughout the home. The layout of the kitchen is quite efficient and enables one to cook with ease while socializing with others at the adjacent bar stool counter. The art work , fireplace, and comfortable furnishings enlighten your stay with that true Tahoe feeling. Just outside the door are several hiking and biking trails with Truckee River access as well as access to high mountain adventure. We had an enjoyable stay both during the Summer and Winter and hope to return to this classic and convenient Tahoe home.

It was very clean, orderly, cozy and well decorated. Very comfortable beds and even though the space is relatively small there was plenty of privacy and it felt spacious. It’s also great that it is the end unit. Not a peep from the neighbors. Just perfect.
