The vacation time must be 7 days with check in on Friday-Monday
After the dates are confirmed you can reserve your week on VRBO
Per resort policy NO REFUNDS. It may be possible to change the dates but this is dependent on the resort availability and may incur a cancellation fee.
You will be able to contact the resort to ask questions and submit room requests after purchase
Once at the resort problems can be managed through the staff on site.
Please note that there are Mexico and resort fees that will be charged during your stay. When you check out you will need to pay your bill for food and services done within the resort

This space features a kitchen, a living room, a private balcony, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and one bathroom with a jetted bathtub and shower
