Accommodating six guests, Villa Calico features 1 Queen Bedroom on the main floor and 2 King Bedrooms on the second floor, all with individual AC and ensuite bathrooms. The private backyard oasis provides a variety of seating for relaxing or dining, a pool, and outdoor shower. Enjoy the upper balconies or rooftop terrace…while away the day or enjoy the tropical sunsets after a fun-filled day. Inside, the main living area features a new 55" smart TV, dining area and a well-equipped, modern kitchen. -Residential Quiet Hours are respected between 11 pm and 7 am.

-Pet-Friendly, added charge of $50/day.

-No smoking inside the villa - Primary Guest will be responsible for any smoking damage including outside structure, furniture & cushions.

-For VRBO customers - Payment for the reservation is processed by Royal Key Properties TCI, the management company for Pure Water Villa. You will receive a request by email to authorize payment via Royal Key Properties payment platform.
