The bedroom features one double (full-sized), one queen bed, and a TV, and there's a queen sleep sofa in the living room, comfortably accommodating six guests. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi/internet, one free assigned parking spot, and the convenience of a washer and dryer within the condo. Located on the 5th floor, the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access. You'll also have access to the indoor pool typically May - September from 10 am - 9 pm.

With a SMART TV in the living room, stream your favorite shows and movies using your login credentials. The fully equipped kitchen includes essentials like a Cuisinart coffee machine that works like a Keurig, blender, microwave, toaster oven, cooktop (not a stove, see pictures) and more. Relax on the balcony with your favorite drink, taking in the sights and sounds of the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk.

You're just a few blocks away from Hammerhead's Bar and Grill, DaVinci's by the Sea, Subway Sub Shop, and numerous bike rental shops and other boardwalk stores. PERFECT LOCATION!

**Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. you can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $103. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
