Rosedale ist kein Geheimnis, für diejenigen, die Toronto kennen. Diese Wohngegend ist einfach der beste Ort, um die besten Angebote der Stadt zu genießen und zu erkunden. Haben eine Stunde zu ersparen? Genießen Sie einen Spaziergang in der nahe gelegenen Schlucht oder einen Drink in einem der vielen nahe gelegenen Cafés.

Wir lieben Design und haben uns bemüht, einen Innenraum zu schaffen, die auf Ihre Gefühle und Komfort anspricht. Das voll ausgestattete Haus vereint moderne Elemente mit den Vintage-Details des Hauses, um das Gefühl einer Pariser Residenz zu erzeugen und Ihnen 4 Komfortstufen zu bieten.

Ein Auto ist nicht erforderlich. Entdecken Toronto Museen, Kunstgalerien, Theatern, am Wasser, Bars und Restaurants zu Fuß oder mit der U-Bahn. Rosedale U-Bahn-Station ist ein 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Das Parken ist für 1 bis 2 Autos inbegriffen. Während der angegebenen Zeiten können Sie auf der Straße parken.

Alle öffentlichen und privaten Schulen in der Nachbarschaft bieten ein hohes Maß an Beteiligung der Akademiker und der Gemeinschaft: Rosedale P. S., Mooredale, Brown P. S. (French Immersion), Branksome, Bischof Strachan und UCC sind nur einige der Schulen, die wir empfehlen.

Für diejenigen, die einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt genießen möchten, bietet das Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern das, was ein Hotelzimmer nicht kann: einen Ort für Freunde und Familie, die zusammen reisen, um den Gemeinschaftsraum zu genießen und in einer erschwinglichen Weise zu Hause zu speisen. Es gibt keine Notwendigkeit, die Küche bei der Ankunft auf Lager. Pantry Gegenstände wie Olivenöl, Senf und Essig sind bereits in der Küche. Toilettenartikel, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Shampoos und Seifen sind für Ihren Aufenthalt zur Verfügung gestellt.

Great stay with family!

We had our family (3 Adults, 4 Kids) and stayed for a week in this beautiful home. Perfect for everyone and the basement was amazing for the kids to have their own space. Owners are very kind and always close if help is ever needed. Would stay here again. Thanks!

A gem in Toronto

The stay for six of us in this lovely property was perfect. With a mixed group of adults and teenagers, everyone had their own more than adequate space, within the lovely Rosedale environment. It was very much a wow reaction when we all walked in. The house itself has been very tastefully renovated but with many of its original features intact. The subway is literally a few minute away and a very short ride to the downtown area. Since we were also visiting family who were only a 30 minute drive away, everything was perfectly situated for us. For longer trips such as to Niagara, very close to highways and routes. The owners were also more than helpful and checked that everything was ok for us while we were there. The house is very well equipped. My son and his girlfriend were very reluctant to leave the master suite and the luxury comfort of the kingsize bed, while my youngest son had an entire basement to himself with separate widescreen tv and shower. We also spent many an hour outside on the quiet and shady patio garden. All in all, the stay of a lifetime and to be recommended to anyone with a family looking for a high level of space and comfort, within a beautiful setting, with maximum travel convenience. An added bonus is the close proximity of stores, restaurants, bars and banking facilities. A big thankyou.

Well renovated home in Prime Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has been very well renovated and offers every amenity one could want. Easy parking, walk to shops and subway, etc. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms and kitchen are well done. We have recommended it to friends and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

A great find in Toronto

A charming house in the nicest Toronto neighborhood - easy walking to restaurants, interesting shops and the subway. Very quiet and peaceful, with easy access to great running and walking trails, but with the bustle of Bloor St just 10 minutes walk away. The house is old - but stylish, warm, comfortable and clean, with modern bathroom and kitchen, and covered parking for 2 cars. The owners are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall, this was a most pleasant experience.

2 weeks - Holland to Toronto (Rosedale)

Having rented from the owners previously, we didn't hesitate to try out their new offering when we were looking for accommodation for our trip. When we come to visit family in Toronto with our two young daughters, it is nice to have more space and comfort than hotel rooms offer. The neighbourhood is fabulous with shops and restaurants a 5 minute walk one way, and a playground for the kids a 5 minute walk the other. The subway is less than 5 minutes away, which makes it easy for us to move around the city without needing a car. The house has been nicely redone and is comfy and welcoming allowing us to entertain friends and family throughout the stay. Being from Toronto, staying in a family house on our visits almost feels like we have come home.

Rosedale

Living in the suburb of Oakville, my husband and I wanted to spend a weekend in the City of Toronto, without having to worry about driving. We chose this location due to its proximity to not only all the cultural and entertainment activities nearby, but also for the easy access to beautiful trails and ravines within easy access. Although the home was larger than we needed for just the two of us, we thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of space and airiness which is impossible to match while staying at a hotel. The home was impeccable and amenities such as bedding and toiletries were top notch. I would definetely stay here again.

Fantastic House, Fantastic Location!

I cannot express how wonderful this home is. The layout, amenities, decor, parking, and location are the very best. We loved the accessibility to city, and though we had a car did not find it necessary. The restaurants, museums and cafes are within walking distance, and we hopped on the subway which is minutes from the house to get further downtown. We rank this as one of our top 3 favorite rentals. The house is immaculate. The bedding extra comfy. The decor is fun and warm, a mixture of old and new design elements that felt like home. We loved the Master bathroom – it felt like it was out of a magazine. Thanks to the owners who were so helpful during our stay, and for their recommendations to the local restaurants. Terroni’s was incredible. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Toronto. Thank you!
