Der Raum

Dieses wunderschön eingerichtete Haus verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und einen Schlafboden und 2. 5 Bäder. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und eigenem Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Der Schlafboden hat ein komplettes Bett und ein Doppelbett. Optimal für 6 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über alle Unterhaltung für die ganze Familie zu befriedigen! Es ist ein Flachbild-TV, einen Kamin, eine Vielzahl von Brettspielen und ein ROKU Gerät alle Ihre Lieblings-TV-Shows zu streamen. Die Küche ist für diejenigen, die voll ausgestattete, mit Edelstahl-Geräte zu kochen möchten. Last but not least, gibt es eine große Schlamm Raum alle Geräte Ski zu speichern!

Gastzugang

Die Gäste haben vollen Zugriff auf die Stadtdomizilam (außer Besitzers Schrank) und die Gemeinschaft Recreation Center, die eine Tischtennisplatte verfügt über einen Billardtisch, TV, Kamin und einige grundlegende Trainingsgeräten. Im Sommer gibt es einen beheizten Außenpool und einen Tennisplatz zu genießen.

Die Nachbarschaft

Genießen Sie alle Arten von Winteraktivitäten (Skifahren, Tubing, Schlittenfahrten, Schneeschuhwandern) am Mount Snow (5 Minuten) und Stratton (15 Minuten).

Im Frühjahr / Sommer Zeit, wandern die private Spur direkt vor der Tür oder mit dem Fahrrad die Valley Trail rechts über die Straße. Wenn Sie Golf genießen, versuchen die beiden Championship-Plätze direkt hier (Mount Snow Golf Course und Haystack Golf Course). Mount Snow hat super Mountainbike-Strecken. Mit dem Sessellift nach oben nach oben und unten den ganzen Weg fahren. Harriman Reservoir, der größte See in Vermont Grenzen, ist nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Es ist offen für Motorboote, aber dennoch sicher für Kanuten, Kanufahren, Angeln und Schwimmen.

Great family spot

Great getaway

Booked Cozy Bear for a short family getaway mid summer 2021 - After Covid it was nice to get out and explore a little bit once the entire family was vaxxed.... Cozy Bear is a cute little spot and was wonderful for our family of five...had everything we needed, was clean and the owner Jenny took her time to answer our many emails quickly and politely...we went mid summer - it's primarily a ski area so we had most of the complex to ourselves with a few other guests here and there which meant a lot of pool time and playing ping pong in the clubhouse....several spots in the area seem to still be running on a part time / workforce needed basis and places were closed a few days a week regarding restaurants etc. so do some research before you head up....it isn't an issue, just requires a little bit of planning...

Great Friends Getting Together

We are a group of 4 friends who have been skiing together for almost 40 years.We had originally planned to ski out west this w=year but the pandemic crushed those plans. We looked for something that we could arrange around pandemic restrictions and thought a trip to Mount Snow would be the way to go. We wern't disappointed. We looked on VRBO and found Jenny's property and booked back in late summer. Jenny has been very helpful all during the booking and check in process and the house was perfect for our small group. The house is very close to the mountian and we were able to use one of our vehicles to get to the Mountian without any problems (we would have loved it if the shuttle was running this year but accommodations were made for the pandemic). Overall the beds were comfortable the showers worked with adequate hot water and we used the kitchen to cook our breakfasts and dinners...we ate really good this week! It was a pleasure to work with Jenny and I would recommend her house if you are thinking of skiing at Mount Snow.

Amazing place to stay

We truly value EVERYTHING about our stay in Jenny’s rental! It beat ANY hotel.... hands down! Jenny was very responsive and nice about any concern/ question that We had. The place is beautiful clean easily accessible And very close to mount snow !! We definitely recommend this location and Planning our next trip there...

A great weekend stay!

Our group of 6 adults stayed at Cozy Bear for our annual ski trip, and couldn't have asked for a better place for some R&R after a long day on the mountain. Location is amazing, super close to the mountain and restaurants. Jenny was very responsive when we had questions before our stay, made the trip very easy on our end. The only downfall is that the Ski Home Trail is a pretty long walk from the unit. Snowboarders like me didn't care with our comfortable boots, but our skiers in the group had other opinions. It's still a great option to have, especially if someone is at the unit and can come pick people up at the end of the trail. All in all, this is one of the better properties we've stayed at on our ski trips. We will definitely stay at Cozy Bear again when we head up to Mount Snow!

Fabulous Stay in Bears Crossing near Mount Snow!

Great clean "ski home" condo

My family really enjoyed this unit. It was very clean. Convenient to the mountain and nearby attractions. The condo association does a great job of keeping the snow off the roads. All necessities are there for a nice experience if you're one to cook instead of go out. MOOVER bus right at the end of the block. We will be back. Thank you!

Highly Recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cozy bear is like its name: very comfortable to stay and fantastically decorated. It also has a good number of sleep arrangements. The host Jenny is very helpful and responsive, she recommended us many places to explore. The location is a five star! Minutes to mount snow and the surroundings has so much to do. The grocery store is ~10min drive where you can get basically anything you want. We were there for the foliage and the view was amazing! Definitely will come back again!

Very comfortable and convenient to Mt. Snow

We had an amazing winter at Cozy Bear. It was just what our family of 5 needed with plenty of space for us to hang out, sleep and put our snow gear. The Moover shuttle taking you to and from Mt. Snow is right at the end of the street which is super convenient. It was so nice to come back at the end of the day and put our feet up and sit around the warm fire. The owners were extremely responsive whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend their place!

It was like being in our own home. Jenny was an amazing host. We had quick access to the mountain only a couple miles away. Our check in and out was seamless and simple. We had 6 guests and were very comfortable. I highly recommend this rental and would 100% stay here again.

Cozy and Convenient!

The cabin is very clean and cozy. My 5 friends and I stayed there for two nights, everything is wonderful and convenient. We played game and watched movies in the living room. And the clubhouse is very close, walking there in 1 min. We played ping pong and talked with other visitors in the clubhouse one night. The location is amazing, very quiet, safe, with nice view. There are some restaurants and shops close by, maybe 3 mins by car, we went out and bought some water and snacks there. We had a really great time there, will definitely visit again!

Great stay in southern VT!

My wife and I stayed at Cozy Bear for a long weekend, we had a great visit. The condo is located right next to Mount Snow and was a great base for exploring southern Vermont. Hiking, lakes, strawberry picking all very close by. The tennis court and pool are right next to the unit. The condo is very spacious, two bedrooms on the first floor, a nice living area on the second and a very big loft on the third. Everything about the check in/checkout process went very smoothly, the unit was very clean. Would highly recommend, hope to stay here again!

The condo is right next to Mount Snow and is a great base for exploring southern Vermont, lots of hiking, lakes, etc. all close by. There is a tennis court and pool right next to the unit as well. The condo is very spacious, two bedrooms on the first floor, a nice living area on the second and a big loft space on the third. Clean, convenient, cozy.

I stayed at this property during MLK weekend with my two boys. Our main priority was convenient access to Mount Snow, and we weren't disappointed. The home is less than 5 min to the Carinthia based lodge. So little time was wasted in the morning getting on the slopes, and in the evening getting back to change for evening activities. The actual property was incredibly clean, free of clutter, and much larger than anticipated. The bottom floor is set up with a mud room, then entry hall, and made it easy to transition out of all our wet equipment/ shoes, into the house. The main floor had plenty of space divided up between the kitchen and the living room. It was really a great open place for everyone to socialize, eat, cozy up to the fireplace or just watch the Pats Game. (Which they won) Firewood is provided, and all the appliances are new. The third floor is the loft, which the kids loved. It looks down over the living room, and provided an authentic ski house feel. The washer and dryer were useful for wet facemasks and socks. The 2.5 baths made sure no one was fighting over showers. Lastly, the property was only a few miles from restaurants and stores on the main strip in Dover.

We love how close our home is to Mount Snow and the free shuttle to the mountain. When there is enough snow, we cruise down the private ski home trail. It's so easy! We love that this house has three levels of living, so even with a large group, everyone gets the privacy they need!
