Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa is a condo time share development in picturesque Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The Studio unit is available for check-in after 4 pm on December 20, 2025 with check-out before 11am on December 27, 2025.
It is located on Cabo San Lucas bay and is walking distance to downtown Cabo. The elite studio room comes with 2 queen or one king sized bed, depending on availability. All rooms have a private balcony with a partial ocean view.
There are 4 on site restaurants at Arco with additional restaurants located at Villa del Palmar, a sister resort which is a short walk or free trolley ride away. There are 2 pools and 4 hot tubs available on the resort. The sandy beach at Arco allows for some of the best ocean swimming in the Cabo area.
With AC, coin laundry, WiFi, and a fitness room, guests can relax and unwind in this beautiful space. The bathroom features a bathtub and shower as well as a hair dryer for added convenience.
IMPORTANT: This resort does NOT accept cash. A valid credit card is required at check in.

My wife and I are retired and live near Calgary, Alberta in Canada and purchased a time share at Villa del Arco in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico a few years ago. We have our unit available for rent this year from December 20 - 27, 2025.

We love traveling to Cabo as we find the location very safe and conveniently located. The resort is located directly across the bay from Lands End making for spectacular sunset views.
