Everything about the house was great. This was our second time staying here. House is basically on the water. Only downside we had on this trip had nothing to do with the house was that the fog was bad, you couldn’t see the water from the house

Things we need to point out:Deck and railing need work. Nails sticking up. We can not find a gas grill. The bathroom floor is a problem. It is spongy, which indicates an active leak. The passenger side of the loveseat does not work properly. The living rug and pillows are disgustingly dirty. So are most of the floors around the edges. Underneath and behind things is dirty. Back master, cannot access closet. No extra pillow cases for extra bed pillows. The thermostat issue was a problem. If the owner is going to insist on being that controlling, tell them to watch the damn weather. While we tried to make the most of it, in the end this was not that great of an experience.

Nice covered porch

Good location, easy to walk across the sand road to the beach. There is about 200 yards of drive on public beach directly in front of the house.Great covered patio. Easy check in/out with key and lockbox.

The house was a good size for 5 adults. The kitchen's large size made it easy to have multiple people cooking and preparing. It also had all of the essentials. There was plenty of seating both the kitchen and living room. The view was great.

Great house, can’t beat the location!

We were looking for a place where we didn’t have to cross over the busy main street to get to the beach (as we would have had to do if we had stayed closer to the main area with all the hotels and condos) and a place with a great, unobstructed view. For about 10 minutes further down, we had a gorgeous view and were RIGHT on the beach with minimal foot traffic (I assume it was a private beach for those who own houses along that area). The house was super cute and clean, had all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay and check-in was a breeze. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!

1. Bathroom floor between master bedrooms is wobbly and unsecure to stand on. Floor is rotting and needs to be reinforced.2. Carpets under dining room table and living area are very dirty with different color stains. 3. The Sconces in the largest master are broken or need batteries.4. Bunk bed bedroom lamp does not reach outlets. That room needs an extension cord.5. We were told that a gas grill would be provided but there was not one at the beach house. 6. Closet door in smaller master bedroom is very hard to open. We had to pry it open. 7. None of the remotes in the bedrooms worked. 8. There is no vent in the kitchen and the windows did not open. Entire house got Smokey. 9. We also could not change the AC to heat bc the thermostat requires a password. Which was not given. 10. The right side recliner on the love seat does not recline.11. MAJOR CONCERN: The downstairs swing needs to be relocated or reinforced because my wife and nephew fell. The entire (right side)anchor bolt came out of the beam. The swing landed on my wife’s ankle. Wounding her ankle and causing it to severely swell . I hung the swing back where it was. I didn’t want to leave it on the ground. But this is a major hazard for other guests.

BASICALLY ON THE BEACH

GPS gets the location wrong and you actually have to drive on to the sand/beach to get to the house. Thankfully we all had 4 wheel drive vehicle's! Lock box code and entry is not made clear and when i called management i was told opposite of what actually worked. Door is key entry and doesnt work well. Glass all over the walkway under the house. Fans dont all work properly nor do lights. Thankfully there are fans as you can only set AC to 70. Shower caddy fell on my daughter. Nice TVs. Beds are good but pillows are not. Nice furniture and kitchen. Well enough for what we needed (prom) but will not rent again.
