Der ideale Ort für Leute, die nach Puerto Rico kommen, um ihre Familie zu besuchen oder um bei der Wiederherstellung der Insel zu helfen. Wir wurden gesegnet und unser Studio ist nach dem Besuch von Hurricane María in einem guten Zustand.
Das Apartment befindet sich direkt am Strand Isla Verde, in der Nähe von Restaurants und dem Supermarkt Super Max. Ideal für Touristen, die die Brise der Karibik und einen schönen Meerblick von der Wohnung aus genießen möchten. Wenn Sie das warme Wetter von Puerto Rico zu einem vernünftigen Preis ohne Kompromisse bei Komfort und Sicherheit genießen möchten, werden Sie unseren Platz genießen. Sie können einen Bus vor der Wohnung nehmen und Old San Juan, Piñones, Plaza Carolina Mall und vieles mehr besuchen. Overall, this was perfect for our week long stay in PR. The place was clean and had everything we needed including a small kitchen, laundry facilities, beach accessories, A/C, and bathroom accomodations. I wish that the shades in the room did a better job at leaving light out, in addition, being near a busy intersection and street, traffic can be heard so bring earplugs BUT this was still a great location you can't beat. You have great access to the beach, a short drive to San Juan, a 24/7 supermarket across the street and great restaurants in the area. When we were there the elevators were being serviced but one was still in operation for most our visit. Rosa was very responsive when we needed help and I definitely recommend this place for a couple staying in PR. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Comfortable condo by the beach

The apartment was clean and comfortable, host was very responsive and accommodating, and the beach was literally steps away. The building itself can benefit from TOC and updates, but overall it is safe and well-located.

The apartment itself was fine, location was very nice, but they advertised that they had air conditioning, which was broken; bad circuit that was broken before we were there. We finally reached the owener, who refunded us for the 2 nights we did not stay there, but it was very inconvenient to say the least.

First time in PR- this place was an awesome location. The only thing is it does get loud at night with traffic. The beach being in your backyard is clutch! So much better than any resort!

Great service

We had a great stay. Communication was awesome and owner was very accommodating. She was very attentive and helped make our stay enjoyable. Apartment was clean and location was awesome. Only suggestion would be to provide at least two beach chairs and a swivel TV mount so you can watch from bed. I would rent this location again.

Great location for a quick getaway

My wife and I really enjoyed the central location of Rosa’s flat. Literally feet to the beach for a morning walk or quick drive to some of the best spots in Puerto Rico. The flat was nice and accommodated our needs. When we had questions about check in, Rosa was terrific to work with. A definite stay here when we come back. Thank you!!

Great space

This place is perfect for its location being next to the beach. Good views from the 7th floor. The place is clean and comfortable, they have everything you need for the beach. One issue I have is the traffic noise. A lot of honking and loud music from the street. If you're used to that, it's not a problem. This is just a part of being near a popular area.

The Grinch Rosa

This experience been a nightmare Rosa has yelled screamed and called me out my name. She even text me accusing me of smoking in which case i dont even smoke. Rosa spot is the ghettos from the arrival to the end it was all hell. No internet for 2 days. On the 3 day i finally got the interent to work after Rosa basically saying she doest care. I wouldn't recommend this place or Rosa level of Customer Service to anyone.

Great manager, place needs some updating

First, the manager Rosa was amazing with communication. The first day we some how lost our keys and were locked IN the apartment. The property manager was there first thing in the a.m. with new keys. The new set of keys did NOT work. It locked our cab inside the gate which was a HUGE issue, but in the morning we got new keys once again. The beach is literally the backyard which was amazing. The apartment is in ROUGH condition, they are updating it so I understand. The inside is TINy. Barely big enough for 2 people but it worked. Wish there was a blankly for the futon, which was very comfortable but we made do. The covers on the bed had some stains which was off putting because I'm still unsure if it was makeup or blood. Overall the apartment was clean. She provided towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and hand soap to wash your hands. No other issues. Great for the price

Condo was really nice

The condo was nice perfect for a couple. The AC worked really well! It was very clean and had everything you need with a grocery store right across the street. The private access to the beach was a plus! The parking is first come first serve but we always had a spot available. The condo next door is being remodeled and that was horrible we had to leave during the entire day because it was so loud and vibrates the whole condo.Probably shouldn’t rent while next door is under construction!The elevator is really sketchy and was broke one day.we mostly took the 7 flights of stairs but that got exhausting. The stairwell is open to the outside so one day it was raining and windy and we woke up to an inch deep of water covering the ENTIRE condos floor. We used the towels and mop to clean it up and Rosa sent someone to bring new towels. So be aware if the rain is blowing this is a possibility! Also even though it’s a beach property make sure not to bring sand into the condo. One of the demands is no sand in condo if you want your security deposit back. There is an outside shower area. My husband and I didn’t swim just walked on the beach and still tracked sand and needed to sweep several times.The building is old and run down but Overall the condo itself is new and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic spot on the beach and perfect condo for what we needed! Rosa was very kind and understanding. Only complaint was the creaky elevator, but that was completely out of Mrs. Monroy’s control. Would most definitely consider booking again given the chance of us coming back!

Beach get away!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was spotless and extremely well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away! The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely recommend this spot for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway.

Hi, I am Rosa Monroy, the wife of Jimmy Thordsen, both owners of this studio apartment that once was his bachelor's apartment. Until the day I changed all his plans. We have been married for more than 37 years with a beautiful family that we love. You can find information about me in facebook and also about my husband, he was a former Basketball player in Puerto Rico and played College Basketball in Indiana. Now he enjoys Golf and I show Yorkshire Terriers.
I have enjoyed also working in real estate doing short term rentals. Its a legacy that my mother Hilda Castro left with me. She taught me to rent her house and collect payments when I was a teenager.... it somehow clicked in my head and I had continued to do so in different ways.
