Check-In Information:
- 4PM to 10PM: Complimentary
- 10PM to 12AM (Midnight): Additional $25 charge.
- 12AM (Midnight) to 4PM: Additional $40 charge.
- Let us know your check-in time as soon as possible.
- Please introduce yourself and your trip details before booking. Ensure your profile includes a photo and verification.
- To comply with building HOA requirements and prioritize the safety of all guests and residents, we will share a set of rules with each guest before arrival. Guests are required to review and provide written acknowledgment of these rules. Any non-compliance may result in HOA fines, which will be passed on to the guest.
- Check-in includes a mandatory meeting with our greeter, who will guide you through the complex and escort you to your room.

A Few Additional Considerations:
- This condo is located downtown, so some street noise is to be expected. We have provided ear plugs. They can be found in the bathroom drawer.
- As a residential building, amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance. We’ll notify you of any changes as soon as possible.
- Occasionally, the building performs exterior maintenance such as window washing or painting. Workers may be visible from the windows; privacy can be maintained by closing the shades or curtains.
