This studio features one bed, and one bathroom, and can be rented along with the main cottage. *Note: this listing does NOT include the studio; we have a separate listing where you can rent both spaces at once. Please inquire with the host about its availability during your preferred dates as it is NOT automatically included in this reservation. Should it be rented by others during your dates, we have set conditions to ensure a seamless experience and minimal interaction between the two spaces for everyone's comfort and privacy.

Getting Around:
You will want a car to access all that Savannah has to offer from this location. Unfortunately, we only have a parking space for one vehicle on this listing.

The home has parking for one car and is directly in front of the house. This parking area is shared with the studio and you can use either spot.

*Please let us know if you're interested in renting the entire property (cottage and studio). It sleeps eight guests (8) and you can park up to two cars.

Other Things to Note:
*This space is NOT pet-friendly. ESAs are considered to be pets by Georgia law, therefore not allowed in this cottage. We hope this does not cause anyone an inconvenience. This policy is in effect simply due to extreme allergy concerns on the staff and other potential travelers.

*Guests will NOT have access to the back studio unless it is also reserved along with the cottage. There is a separate listing that includes both spaces in one; please enquire with the hosts about reserving the entire property if interested. The back studio has ONE reserved parking spot on the gravel lot.
