Ariel Dunes 1208 - Schönes 2-Zimmer mit Golf- & Poolblick, Schritte zum Strand!

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're sorry your experience didn't fully match what Seascape should offer. It's disappointing to hear that your maintenance requests went unanswered despite multiple calls — that's not the level of service we aim for, and we'll be addressing this with our team directly. We also take the cleanliness and property damage concerns seriously and will be following up to make sure these are properly reviewed. And you're right to call out the late checkout situation — paying for that extra time and then feeling rushed out by cleaning staff isn't fair, and it points to a real gap in how that's being communicated on our end. We appreciate your honesty, and we'd like the chance to make this right if you're willing to give us another shot in the future.
