Beautiful Lake Pinehurst property only 1-2 miles from the clubhouse at Pinehurst Resort, the "Cradle" par 3, & the Pinehurst Spa. The community of Southern Pines is only a few miles away which offers additional fine dining & shopping.

THE SPACE:

As you walk into the space, you will be greeted by views of the beautiful Lake Pinehurst from the glass doors off the living room leading to the outdoor patio. The living space is a light and open concept with comfortable seating and a smart tv for relaxing. The kitchen space is clean, new, and has all the amenities you would need for cooking a great meal. There is also complimentary keurig coffee and snacks. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, smart tv, an office/vanity area, full bathroom, and large closets for storing your belongings. The guest bedroom features 2 full sized beds and a closet. Next door to this bedroom is it's full bathroom. Both bathrooms have complimentary shampoo and body wash along with fresh towels. There is also a stacked washer and dryer for your use. We hope you enjoy your stay!

GUEST ACCESS:

You have access to the entire 237 condo. Parking is free out front of the condo as you can see in the pictures. You do not need a parking pass.

This was such a lovely place to stay! The bedrooms were extremely comfy and stocked with extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen had everything we needed as we prepared several meals there. The location is peaceful and I hope to come back in the spring /summer when I can enjoy sitting on the porch overlooking the lake/canal. Highly recommend for a small group of friends or a family of 4!

Girlfriend weekend getaway

This condo is the perfect spot for a couple of friends to just get away and relax. There’s a lake and fountain you can enjoy from the second floor balcony. The pool looked clean and inviting but it was a bit too hot for us to try it out. The drive to Pinehurst Village is only a few minutes away.

Location and condo layout were perfect for our needs.

There was an odor in the apartment that smelled as if someone sprayed something to cover up a previous odor. It was so strong that upon entering I had an immediate coughing fit and could not catch my breath. As soon as I walked outside I was fine. The layout is perfect for a family of 4 and was located centrally to everything on our itinerary.

Spring Golf Trip

Enjoyed staying at the property. The condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Would not hesitate to book the same property again Our only issue was that the common area pool was not accessible. The owner quickly answered my inquiries informing me that the pool did not open until June 1st (we were there mid May). This was not spelled out in the VRBO listing. If it had been we probably would have booked elsewhere

Thank you for your feedback Mark. There are not definitive dates sent out to us from the HOA on when the pool opens and closes so it differs from year to year. Typically it opens after Memorial Day weekend and closes after Labor Day weekend. I have updated the listing to let guests know this detail. Thank you!

We arrived in pitch dark of night with outdoor lights off (up a flight of dark stairs). We opened door to discover that not only does the property look NOTHING like the photos, but was filthy! We left the property and did not stay due to cockroaches and BLACK MOLD covering master window frames, wall in between. We sent VRBO pictures and they said that manager would not answer or respond. We lost our money and they would not reimburse us, even after I provided that I had recently been hospitalized for mold illness. If you have allergies at all DO NOT STAY HERE!

It’s disappointing that a guest chose to leave such a negative review simply because they requested a refund. Our property is well maintained — solar lights illuminate the stairs, and there is an exterior light on the landing by the door for added visibility and safety. There is absolutely no mold present in the condo. Our cleaning team consistently does an excellent job sanitizing and wiping down all surfaces between each stay, and the property undergoes regular wellness checks to ensure quality and cleanliness. Additionally, the condo receives monthly professional pest control service. We believe the numerous five-star reviews from guests before and after this stay accurately reflect the true standard of our property and guest experience.

WINDOWS

Nice place. We booked the condo for its location and WINDOWS. The condo was our destination for rest and relaxation, not just a place to sleep. Unfortunately, the exterior of every window was filthy: cob webs, mud, old pollen, filth. Since we were there for the view, dirty windows put a damper on that. Balconies were thick with old pollen and cob webs as well. Lovely place, but we were greatly disappointed. Interior was clean.

Thank you for the feedback! The exterior second floor windows are over 20ft in the air and only accessible with a large extension ladder. The HOA is responsible for cleaning those on a regular basis. We do keep all the windows we are able to reach clean and wiped down after every stay. And yes your stay was at the peak of pollen season in Pinehurst which means everything is yellow for those couple weeks. We do wipe down all exterior surfaces after every stay, but the pollen accumulates within hours so that is a constant battle to keep clean. We hope you enjoyed your stay and it sounds like you had a great experience within on our condo and even on the beautiful exterior porch with gorgeous views of Lake Pinehurst! Everything was great. Comfy beds, and furniture, coffee station, water view balcony over a bubbling brook, short drive to shops and downtown . Second floor outdoor walk up was a little dark but nothing iPhone light couldn’t fix.
