Experience luxurious lakefront living in this exquisite 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom contemporary that seamlessly blends elegance, comfort, and stunning natural beauty. Nestled on the beautiful shores of pristine Lower Narrows Pond, this remarkable home offers the perfect getaway for large families, multi-generations, or an escape with friends. Almost every room boasts gorgeous lake views. The fabulous gourmet kitchen with granite countertops is the perfect place to gather for morning coffee and evening cocktails while listening to the loons . The kitchen blends into the living room which offers a gas fireplace to sit by on a cool Maine morning or once the sun dips. Enjoy 154 ft. of relatively private lake frontage for your viewing, kayaking, canoeing and swimming pleasure. Go directly from the dock to dinner. Enjoy cooking and eating your evening meal on the built in gas grill and dining patio. Finish the night by moving over to the outdoor fire to roast s’mores. Bedrooms include one on the first floor that can also be used an office space – if you can’t get the whole week off, you can still enjoy the tranquil lake while working. Great WiFi Connection. The second floor offers 2 bedrooms, one primary with a king bed and en-suite, and a second bedroom that has a queen bed with full bathroom across the hall. A walkout lower level opens directly to the lake and offers a game room complete with a pool and air hockey table – when you need a break from the sun let the fun continue here! There’s also a large bedroom on this floor complete with a bunkbed with a double-bed on the bottom, and a single on top and a full double trundle bed− kid’s sleepovers are calling. There is also a bathroom and washer/dryer available on this floor. The space doesn’t end there. Above the 3-car garage is a separate living area with a bar, pool table, double-bed and full bathroom… the options are endless.

This house is beautiful! Well stocked with kitchen supplies, floats, boats, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Great amount of space and many places to hangout in. Fairly clean area to swim, great fishing opportunities and a rather quiet surrounding area. Very relaxing we would definitely rent here again!

Relaxing Lake Home

The house is spacious and accommodated 4 couples easily. It was a real plus to have 4 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the owner has left lots of yard games and equipment for your enjoyment. We spent most of our time sitting out back overlooking the lake.

Absolutely STUNNING location! With the lake right there, the kids and adults alike had a truly memorable vacation.The house is very well stocked and appointed, providing everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Great kitchen with lots of extras, and plenty of towels to make the whole visit feel like you haven’t left home.Hosts were responsive and helpful from start to finish.If you’re considering Maine and have some extended family staying with you, do yourself a favor and book this property for your entire stay - you won’t regret it!

I wish we could stay for a month! We really enjoyed this vacation spot! The pond was clean and very quiet. Coffee in the dock every morning was a treat. The house was very well stocked. The kayaks and floats and canoe and paddle board were very much appreciated. The house has SO much space. The room above the garage was massive and a nice retreat for anyone needing time alone. Air conditioning worked well and individual room controls were great.
