• While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
• 20 MPH on all roads around the house
• NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home)

• There are two fireplaces in the home. One is gas, the other is a wood-burner. Please exercise caution when using the wood-burner. Additionally, we do not provide firewood.
