Adorable place, easy to find. As some of the other reviewers noted some of the surrounding areas could be considered questionable. It is a townhouse, so as usual you can hear music and such from the neighbors. 2 door locks so it took us a minute to get the hang of getting in, Close to downtown, Great welcome gift, clean home, amazing communication from the host very prompt!

What a gem of a condo! Host has outdone himself with luxury items, wonderful decor and added perks. Very clean and comfy. Host is very available for help or questions. Do remember bedrooms are upstairs if stairs are a challenge.

I rented the townhouse for a football weekend at Clemson. The unit was very clean and well-kept. But the surrounding area was not as expected. The reviews said it was convenient to downtown Greenville which was the case but the surrounding neighborhood was a little rough. I am a single mom traveling with my teenage kids and I didn’t feel comfortable staying. I would have appreciated a more honest description or photos of the surrounding neighborhood. The townhouse was 40 min away from Clemson, as expected but we ended up moving to a hotel that was closer instead of staying.

We’re very pleased to hear that you found the townhouse very clean and well-kept, and that you appreciated its convenient location near downtown Greenville and our hospitality. Regarding the surrounding neighborhood, we understand that it may not have looked the way you expected. The appearance of the surrounding neighborhood are unfortunately outside of our control, and we take the location into consideration when setting our pricing. That said, the property is in a safe location. We are only a few minutes from the Greenville Police Department, Sheriff’s office and there are security cameras on/around other units in the community. As for Clemson, the approximately 40-minute drive is the typical travel distance from downtown Greenville to Clemson, and one of the advantages of staying in Greenville is that you have the opportunity to enjoy both Greenville and Clemson during your visit. We also eached out to you multiple times during your stay to check in and make sure everything was going well, but unfortunately we did not receive a response. We genuinely want our guests to have a comfortable stay, and if we had known that you were uncomfortable with the surroundings or had any other concerns, we'd have welcomed the opportunity to discuss them and see how we can help. Unfortunately, we can’t address an issue if we are unaware of it. Sorry that your experience has not been what you expected, we wish the best in your future travels.

It was a beautiful townhome on the inside, nicely remodeled! Host was great, left a welcome gift and great communication. The outside area of some of the townhomes around it was a little rough looking but I have to say it was actually very quiet and peaceful so no issues. We would stay again!

Host was awesome. Really communicated well and the whole process was smooth. Very clean! Coffee, snacks and a great bottle of wine was there for us. Bathroom supplies were available if we forgot anything. Directions for checking in were concise and clear. Highly recommend!!!!

The home is very pretty, the beds were super comfortable and the hosts are amazing! They had snacks, coffee and water available. They even surprised us with a gift as they knew we were coming into town for a birthday celebration. The hosts were super responsive and very welcoming.

It was a great stay, close to Falls Park and other area attractions. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed great rest. Home is exactly as listed and I would stay again. My only recommendation is to stock with paper towels. Great stay and I highly recommend.

Owners were very easy to work with and very responsive. We appreciated the snacks and coffee bar! Only issue was the parking lot noise, including the garbage truck at 2:30am. But it was perfect location for our trip to the Women’s SEC basketball tournament. Thanks!

Condo is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the well-stocked coffee station, extra snacks and welcome gift. Host was very responsive and was quick to respond when the batteries for the automatic door lock ran low. Overall we had a great experience and the location was very close to the aquatic center.

The host was very responsive and provided a welcome gift. The house was clean and looked exactly as indicated in the pictures. He provided amenities such as toothbrushes, body soap, shampoo, everything you would need in the kitchen. Great spot to crash for an overnight stay.
