Welcome to The Commodore Condo, unit 407. Located on the quiet East End of Panama City Beach, you will be within walking distance of many local favorite dining spots, and only moments from local marinas, golfing, St. Andrews State Park, Schooners beachfront dining and many more to be explored! Directly facing the Gulf of Mexico on the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches", this family resort has a seasonally heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. The resort offers a basketball court, shuffleboard and cornhole. If you'd like to be the grill master on vacation, there is a pavilion with grills for grilling up your favorite dinner! On a cooler night enjoy smore's by the fire pit near the pavilion. With the direct beach access, you will be just steps from the sugary white sand beaches, where you will find chair and umbrella rentals, jet ski rentals, volleyball, and many more activities. This property truly has it all!


This property accommodates (6) guest. This spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom beachfront condo will accommodate you, your friends and the whole family! This condo features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to impress your party with an amazing dinner! With these stunning beach views, you can enjoy dinner parties on the gorgeous balcony at sunset, or coffee and breakfast at sunrise!


Upon entering this spacious condo, you will find a bedroom to your right, this bedroom features (2) Queen beds as well as flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen will be to the left as you enter the front door, with a washer and dryer in the unit. As you walk down the hall you will find the hall bathroom on your right, that features a vanity and single shower with built-it seat, this bathroom is accessible from the front bedroom as well as the hall. Moving further into unit, you will come into the dining room that features a dining table that accommodates (8) and the living room with Flat Screen Smart TV along with sofa and love seat for an abundance of room for you and your guests! There will be a King bedroom with flat screen Smart TV and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo to the right of the living room. The master bedroom is Gulf front with spectacular beach views! The balcony includes (7) chairs with (2) end tables as well as dining table and (3) additional toddler beach chairs for the kiddos! This condo also offers a plethora of books, board games, card games, beach noodles and much more to entertain the family on a rainy day. Collapsible beach wagon in the unit for your convenience as well!.

Additional property amenities include all of your kitchen items for cooking, bed linens, high quality bathroom towels and kitchen towels, high speed internet, and an initial supply of startup household supplies for kitchen and bath.


The property features a beachfront pool and hot tub, with chaise loungers for guest use, as well as a gated children's pool. The covered pavilion offers outdoor grilling and picnic tables, a firepit and recreational amenities and equipment.


Parking is available at the building. Your condo includes (2) parking pass. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee.


Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the HOA per their bylaws, although Service Animals are always welcome. There is no smoking or vaping is permitted in the building (including balconies or at the pool deck).
