The Space:

***Please note the following:

- The owners do live on site in the garage unit. They are completely separate from guests and there are no shared spaces!

- The fireplace DOES NOT operate.

- AC is provided via mini splits. There is a mini split in the living room and in two of the bedrooms. The third bedroom has a portable AC unit. The house remains very comfortable and cool during warm weather.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire home and the backyard. The garage is converted and the owners do live on site. Please be mindful.



The Neighborhood:

Meadow Grove is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, about a 15 minute walk from downtown Paso Robles, where you will find highly rated restaurants, bars, entertainment, and much more. Meadow Grove is about 30 minutes from Cal Poly & San Luis Obispo.



Getting Around:

Getting around by car is the easiest! Rideshare options are avilable.

AMENITIES:

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee, salt, pepper & sugar, oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple key-less entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There is a shared private driveway for up to 2 cars to park. If you have additional cars please park them on the street directly in front of the home.



THE DRIVE:

The house is very easy to find and located close to freeway on and off ramps.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Fire pit, lounge chairs, cornhole & propane BBQ available for you to enjoy!



BEDROOMS:

There are 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms with Queen beds and one bedroom with a King bed, and there is also a queen sized pullout sofa bed in the living room. Total accommodations can sleep 8 guests. The full bathrooms are ensuite to two of the bedrooms.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil



SECURITY:

Security cameras are located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.



PET FRIENDLY:

This property is pet-friendly. We allow up to 3 pets. We do not allow pets on furniture, as a precaution to help keep the home clean for future guests. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $120 per pet. This helps us ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book we will request the additional pet fee from you. If we discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.



If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.
