Fun getaway

The property was great! I loved the game room and the property was very nice. We met the owners a few times and they were so friendly. They even sent me a vacation guide ahead of time with places and things to see and food to eat. Great time!

We appreciated the level of communication from the owners. We feel they could have added some additional info about direction to get to the unit as putting the address alone took us to someone else’s private residence. The unit is not professionally cleaned but cleaned by one of the owners. There were several cobwebs and dead insects. We did have an issue with live wasps in the unit. We reached out to the owners and they had someone out there the same day to take care of them. So we appreciate their rapid response to the issue but disappointed that it happened in the first place and that they didn’t seem too bothered by this issue. We utilized some of the other amenities but the propane tank ran out so we weren’t able to use the fire pit or grill very long. The game room is pretty cool but again there were a lot of dead insects and webs around. The owners do have several other units and overall I think this is a good option due to its proximity to the water and theme parks and other activities.

We are not sure what Christy is talking about that our Villas are not professionally cleaned. They certainly are cleaned by professionals. We also have the Villas sprayed for bugs and insects monthly, which might be why she saw a few dead insects in the game room. Please understand kids leave the door to the game room open all the time during stays and insects fly in thru open doors. Finding them dead on the floor is a testament to our rigorous pest control. Running out of propane for the grills or fire pit could not have happened as we leave 2 brand new LP tanks on the terrace for anyone to replace a tank that goes dry. Christie’s group must not have looked for extra tanks as they are 15 feet from the grill and both were full upon their departure. They did have a couple wasps inside their Villa which were taken care of within an hour but seemed to be very upsetting for the guest. We assume this was the cause for their review. Most people understand that a vacation at the lake may come with a dead bug or two. To suggest our Villas are not clean is simply not consistent with other reviews.

Jean was born and raised in the Philippines and earned her USA Citizenship 9 years ago, Dean was born and raised in Chippewa Falls, WI on Lake Wissota, the home of Leinenkugel's. We've made Table Rock Lake our home for the past 19-years. We spent the last year building our New Table Rock Villas for everyone to enjoy, and we are so happy how the Villas turned out. They are over-the-top, even exceeding our expectations! We thought of everything our Family would want if we were traveling to the lake, and we put it in the Villas for you to enjoy!
