If you are looking for fun in the sun, the beach is just a short walk away! Deeded beach access & 2 public accesses are close to the entrance to the neighborhood. On the days you are hoping to stay close to home, take advantage of the community pool a few minutes away. The outdoor shower is sure to come in handy to wash away the day before heading inside. There is also a private gas grill behind the home that is available for guests. This provides the perfect opportunity to spend time on the screened porch with friends or family.


***Please note that Magnolia Cottages has deeded access to the beach but you will need to walk to the public beach to the right or left of the walkover. If you decide to rent chairs from the vendor you can then sit there with as many people you have in your party***
