The Main Villa

The main villa offers four bedrooms and four bathrooms, designed to provide comfort and convenience:
• Three King Master Bedrooms: Each master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom and direct walkout access to the pool area, offering stunning ocean views.
• Bunk Bedroom: Perfect for large groups or kids, this room features a queen-size bunk bed and two twin-size bunk beds, ensuring plenty of sleeping space for everyone. This room also has its own private bathroom.

The villa also includes a brand-new full kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area. For added fun, the villa has a Pac-Man arcade game, which is great for both kids and adults.

Private Suites

The property includes two separate private suites for additional space and privacy:
• Cliffside Suite: With breathtaking ocean views, and nestled on the side of the cliff, this suite features a king bed, a queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette, and a small living room.
• Garden Suite: Surrounded greenery, this suite includes a queen bed, a full bed, a private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a small living room. It also has a serene outdoor terrace with a covered pergola and fountain, perfect for relaxing.

Outdoor Amenities

Villa Condesa Del Mar offers direct beach access via about 60 steps down a scenic cliffside staircase. At the beach, you’ll find a complimentary ocean kayak and stand-up paddleboard for your enjoyment. The property also features a private pool and spacious outdoor areas, perfect for relaxing and taking in the island views.

Fitness and Wellness

Stay active during your stay with the on-site gym, equipped with a treadmill, free weights, a spinning bike, and a multifunction weight machine.

Private Chef Services

Elevate your stay with our private chef, available to make your experience completely carefree. You can choose between:
1. Fully Catered Stay: Contact us in advance for group pricing if you’d like breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared daily. We’ll send you a survey to learn your preferences, and the chef will create a custom menu tailored to your group.
2. Flexible Dining: Order meals as needed, and the chef will prepare dishes to your liking. Meals are billed based on consumption, giving you flexibility and control if you’re not looking for a completely catered stay.
