Gina, Thank you so much for your review, we appreciate your feedback . I have to say that the majority of your complaints is on how we used detergent, softener and good cleaning supplies. In general, this usually makes our guest very comfortable and happy as they have a clear understanding that there is a lot of thought into making the unit as clean as possible for a comfortable stay. I also appreciate the fact that you mention that the unit smelled of artificial air freshener, we will take this into consideration and maybe not use the oil diffuser going forward. I did want to address the issue with the AirPods, please know that we are not responsible for our guests belongings in the event that they are left behind, as a courtesy we notify our guest, however they need to send us a label if they would like their items shipped back as it would be preposterous for us to have to pay for shipping cost every time a renter leaves an item behind, which happens very often .
