Welcome to Carillon Beach Inn unit 113. This unit has been recently updated and is situated on the ground floor for maximum convenience. This is one of the few pet friendly condos in the area and there is plenty of green space available right outside your back door. The condo is elegantly designed with coastal chic finishes and furnishings. There is a ton to explore just outside the door in Downtown Carillon and just a short distance to Rosemary Beach and the rest of 30A.


Carillon Beach Resort, in close proximity to Rosemary Beach and Pier Park! Enjoy the luxurious amenities of the resort, including 7 private beach accesses, 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, and dining option & shopping in Downtown Carillon. The resort encompasses 104 acres of exquisite landscape and 3,900 linear feet of sugar-white beachfront.

Check in information will be sent 24 hours prior to check in. Check in time is 4pm, this gives house keeping enough time to clean and sanitize the property. Access is a smart lock, code will work at 4:00pm.

Effective April 2025, there is a resort fee $37.50 that includes one parking pass and QR code to access resort amenities. For an extra parking pass there will be an additional $37.50 fee. We will send you a link after booking to register your vehicle(s).

* Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
*Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.
*Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.

All refunds could be subject to a 10% processing fee depending on what platform you booked through. Any payments processed through Stripe will incur this expense, should a refund be requested.
