Average place, good location
This place was just average. It was in a good location right across the street from the beach. There were restaurants and such nearby. The garage was nice but we couldn't open the door from downstairs. Someone had to go upstairs, get inside the room and use the garage door opener up there. We had good communication with the manager. It could definitely use a bit of updating- the banisters needed paint up the stairs, it looked a bit worn. The floors needed to be mopped. There were just enough towels and the regular bath towels were nice enough. You are supposed to wash and dry beach towels but there are no laundry pods given to you. The roof was being replaced, which is necessary to do sometimes of course, but there was equipment, trucks, chutes running down from the roof over our door- it was not a pleasant view. The room was as advertised but should have chosen more carefully as the second bedroom with the twin beds did not work out for our adult children to share that room. Fortunately, we found a blow up air mattress in one closet. Just ok for us.
