The number of guests must be accurate on your reservation at the time of booking, additional guests not accounted for are not allowed on the property due to insurance liability.

THE BASEMENT: this is not a part of the listing, you will not have access to the basement during your stay. It is strictly used for farm and event storage ONLY.

PETS: Have to be treated for fleas and crated if left alone in the home. If you plan to bring an extra pet please send a message to notify us and pay the associated fees.

EVENTS AND PROPERTY: You will be staying on a working farm where we host public and/or private events on any given day. We have a noise ordinance for all events to end by 10pm. You might see people on the property during your stay but the Stonehouse will only be available to our VRBO guests. We also have an onsite market located directly behind the home (open Thurs-Sat seasonally), we encourage guests to visit!
