Guest will have access to the entire home and backyard. A digital key code will be given to guest at check-in time, private access with long driveway (up to 3 cars) and rolling custom gate.

**ABOUT OUR HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD**
This is an up-and-coming urban area with a mix of remodeled and older homes, some needing attention. It’s not a luxury neighborhood, but it’s super close to the Riverwalk (5 minute drive) and downtown attractions. If you’re searching for a classic white picket fence neighborhood, this isn’t the place.

**ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL**
Our heated pool offers a delightful way to enjoy the water year-round! While it won’t reach hot-tub temperatures, the pool is consistently maintained about 15-20 degrees warmer than the outside air. For example, if it’s 60°F outside, you can expect the pool to be a comfortable 75-80°F—perfect for a relaxing swim.

We’re happy to provide this added comfort at no extra charge, so you can focus on enjoying your stay at Grimm Manor. Please note that pool temperatures will vary slightly based on weather conditions. Heated Pool is only available October-May.
