This amazing property provides a cozy and private home that’s complete with WiFi, wood stove heating and a washer and dryer. It also features two full and one half bathrooms with a hair dryer. Two additional living spaces with comfortable sleeping arrangements make this property perfect retreat for families. A great place to call home base while you're away exploring the surrounding public lands. There’s lots of public roads to explore and ride on by truck, motorcycle, ATV, side by side, mountain bike and hiking. There’s great bird watching.and to listen to. There’s great hunting opportunities for both elk and deer in unit 67. Lots of big game have been veied from the front porch. Big buck deer, Herds of elk, antelope and even moose. Since The roads can be rough at times, a vehicle with some clearance is recommended. If the roads are too wet, they could be impassable. If so, I’ll communicate as to what we will do.
