The space
The villa has 2 parts. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with bathroom, a huge living room and kitchen, a terrace and the access to the garden.

On the first floor there is a matrimonial double bedroom with its own bathroom with tube and dressing room. There are other 2 double rooms on the same floow which share a common bathroom.

The second part, accessible from an external staircase, independent of the first part, consist of a large penthouse apartment with living room, open kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bedroom and a large terrace.
The price is for the first part which includes the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor together with the terrace on the ground floor, big living space and access to the garden. This first part has in total 4bedrooms which can accomodate 8 guests

IF you need more guests you can book separately the penthose in which you can have the living room with extensible sofa and a double bedroom.
Guest access
If you book the villa you will have access to the ground floor and first floor.
To accomodate more than 8 guests you can book also the Penthouse which has a living room with sofa and a double bedroom
